I phoned Karan Patel at RMG about a second leak in 2 years from the flat above. He was super helpful and managed to get hold of the landlord within 15 minutes. He solved my problem quickly and efficently and in a friendly way. Best customer service outcome i’ve had in years.

I recently had an issue regarding outstanding service charges, and Tasnim was extremely helpful throughout the process.

Contacting the Support Staff to discuss my Service Charge Payment at 4.50pm - Eleysu talked me through actions required to satisfy the companies procedures.
This took well beyond her usual finishing time (5.00pm) and although I did say I could call back the next day, she insisted to get it done immediately. Not only that, the property manager also approved my payment method.

Hodan was very patient to explain the invoice to me clearly and resolve my concerns.

The response to the problem was excellent except the fault reappeared after 48 hours.
A faulty lift great restricts the ability for people with mobility problems or carrying shopping or refuse.

Very helpful team at head office. Eleysu sorted out my account and helped with maintaining a really good accounting system. Nice people and effective at getting the job done.

Ayesha was very helpful in sorting out an issue we had with the building door lock. She collected a lot of information about the issue and was able to ensure that the door lock (which was due to be replaced next week) was fixed the day we reported the issue. She was very calm and clearly explained the process throughout the telephone conversation. We now have a new door lock!

Hodan is handling my case in a very professional and reasonable manner. She can understand my case and take quick actions and resolve my problem, including a follow up email to confirm. I really appreciate I can meet her for my case.

Shocking service levels, no bills for hot water for over two years and then bills for thousands of pounds. Issues take months to resolve, sky high service charges. CEO doesn’t apologise or remedy when asked to intervene.
Suggest avoid leasing in buildings managed by RMG in London and freeholders be aware of damage to your business

Have to say that Ashleigh Codd is always ever so helpful and for any questions that I have. I know you have only also recently started with us at RMG, but you are always very willing to help. I have also dealt with RMG a couple of times and so far people have been helpful
