I rarely leave reviews, but Karan Patel provided a level of customer service that genuinely deserves recognition.
I had previously sent an email requesting a statement and unfortunately did not receive a response. However, when I called RMG, I was fortunate enough to speak with Karan.
From the outset, he was professional, personable, and genuinely committed to helping. What impressed me most was that our call unexpectedly disconnected, and rather than waiting for me to call back, Karan took the initiative to call me himself. That simple act demonstrated a level of ownership and customer care that is becoming increasingly rare.
He then offered to keep me on the phone while he obtained the information I needed, ensuring the matter was resolved there and then. Thanks to his persistence and proactive approach, I received exactly what I was looking for without any further effort on my part.
A great example of excellent customer service. Helpful, courteous, proactive, and solution focused. RMG is fortunate to have him on the team.

Great service today on the telephone from Eleysu at RMG, not only resolved my query but called back to confirm as well, I know this shouldn't be exceptional but sadly so often it is , so worth a mention when they get it right

This company is worst management company I have ever dealt with. Raised several complaints with them but no one ever replies or puts in effort into fixing any issues. They close the case without providing updates and complaints are not looked into at all.

So I have now decided to get together with other residents in the building to take severe action against this company.

Our building is recognized as HIGH RISK and yet this is taking months to deal with.The residents have now decided to involve the Local MP and the council as the developer and management company are not serious about getting this resolved leaving us at high risk .

I would not recommend their service . Its a complete waste of money.

30.03.26 - UPDATE: Its been a week since sending RMG my personal details and chasing RMG again by email , yet no further progress on the case. My review above is absolutely confirming of poor service from this firm. I would not recommend this company at all, Avoid at all cost.

0 stars, basic issues went unresolved for two months- no building door lock, no electricity in the communal building areas. They could not even source competent contractors for the cleaning and gardening - we had to find and arrange the right ones ourselves. Joke of a company- very high fees, unable to provide clear invoices for charges. Avoid at all costs!
