Second time I have received exemplary customer service from this company. Ordered an item as an Xmas gift and later realised it did not fit, after a quick email to the company I received a direct response letting me know a replacement in the correct size was on order. No hassle, no stress, just really straightforward and they seemed genuinely happy to help 😊

Ordered a scooter at the start of December for Christmas delivery- had to reach out as no information on item being shipped after a week. Was told I should have had an update from the warehouse? (What warehouse? All enquiries state to email ripped@, not a warehouses?) Emailed multiple times as and was told I could cancel order but would let me know asap on where about of scooter- they never did. Told item was in France. Missed Christmas and son’s birthday. After nearly four weeks the scooter was delivered. Scooter itself is great, customer service is half hearted and don’t actually give you updates as promised. Website needs to state if item is going to take a month as nothing on the site shows this item comes from France, as when order was placed it was ‘in stock’ on their site. I definitely won’t use again for orders based on my first experience. Will happily take the money and forget their is a customer at the other end waiting…

Don’t often leave reviews, but honestly out standing customer service. Ordered parts for my son , who has behavioural characteristics - when dad ordered wrong parts he completely lost it. I emailed these guys and girls and within 5 mins got their support. UNBELIEVABLE . You worry these days ordering online, slight delay on postage which was DPD fault so completely out their hands. I understand they are a small business so support them , I feel they deserve it .

Fantastic customer service. We made an order online and by accident one item was missing. I can only imagine this was down to it being the Christmas period and so many orders going out. We emailed and by 4am the next morning Barry had responded, apologised and arranged next day delivery for the item without question.
There are so many large businesses that could learn a thing or two from how this was handled. Thank you to Barry and the team, the exact reason why we should support the smaller businesses.

We ordered a scooter deck at short notice for a Christmas present, despatched quickly, when we called to follow up to ask if we would get the present in time, they answered the phone straight away gave fantastic advice and reassurance would get it in time, arrived within 2 days.

I opted for collection in store. Got a quick notification for collection. Really good prices for what I was buying- cheaper than bigger stores. Fella was super helpful and friendly- will be returning :)

Awful. Ordered 3 dog coats, only 2 were included in the order, which took nearly two weeks to come. After contacting them, the missing coat never turned up and when I returned one that didn't fit, the refund STILL has not been made, for the coat that didn't get delivered AND the return and now they're asking for proof of return by a tracking number. I would never order from this company again. I don't think it's customer services, I think it's operations, as Barry in customer services has been as helfpul as he can.

This company is fantastic in responding to enquiries and actually caring about the customers needs. I made a very last minute order and could see it would not arrive intime for my twins for Christmas, I emailed the company to ask for a special request to send it asap. They kindly posted it the very next morning for next day delivery at no extra cost to me! Fantastic customer service- can’t wait to receive my twin boys ramp - thanks so much

After ordering a dry robe from ripped knees i got an email from James, operations manager, to confirm the size to make sure it was ideal for christmas, I was very impressed with the customer care as I had ordered the wrong size, I would highly recommend this company.

Rang up with a query, fantastic service, so helpful, good to see a small business with a personal touch, will absolutely use again.

Just received by Dryrobe coat from Ripped Knees, what more can I say other than a great service, very helpful with sizing etc including prompt replies. Received an e-mail advising it had been shipped and it was received the very next day! Great company and would highly recommend.
