I ordered a scooter 3 days before my sons 10th birthday (mum fail lol) and I panicked it wouldnt get here in time so I chanced emailing and to my surprise they said it would be sent out next day delivery! It arrived in great time and the scooter is fantastic! I've never seen my son smile so much! Thank you so so much!

I ordered a scooter for Christmas for my lad expecting with the christmas post for it to take a couple of weeks, not with ripped knees - literally took 2 days!! Could not believe how fast the delivery was.

Great site loads of scooters to choose from . Ordered a new scooter for my son for Christmas as he had cracked he's stem base, handle bar at base of scooter . Ordered on the 9,12,25 arrived on the 11,12,25. Great delivery time. Scooter looks fantastic randow purple oil slick type colour. Boy loves it. Will use site again for other see kids scooters.

The scooter I received had an issue with the back wheel. It made a catching sound when spinning, which I sent a video of and they agreed this wasn’t right but likely just needed to loosen the wheel, which I attempted but it would not budge. Several people tried. I therefore sent it back at their request. Once received the company denied there was ever a sound, even though I had video evidence, which they had previously agreed with. They also calmed the wheel would come off easily and told me I was doing it wrong. I can put an allen key in a hole and turn it. I learnt how to put a hexagon shape in a hexagon hole when I was a 1 year old - It’s not hard. Shame, as could have been dealt with professionally and I would have left a positive review. Having a fault happens but it’s how you deal with it that matters. The worrying part is they say they will sell this scooter to another customer as new, so beware, you might receive a faulty item, then have a fight on your hands to get your money back. Happy to upload my videos if Trustpilot allows.

We ordered this scooter as a Birthday present for my 12 year old son - Blunt Prodigy X Stunt Scooter Oil Slick. He absolutely loves it. The wheels and colours at the bottom of the scooter catch the light and are great in the dark. It is a great quality product delivered quickly - important when it is a birthday delivery. Horrendous ment to be 2-4 days didn’t know where it went when we contacted them re sent another and should be here next day by delivery that was Friday told latest would be Saturday still nothing but lies dpd telling us they haven’t got it then to we have to collect it days lasted James absolutely terrible at customer services ended up canceling it and getting ignored and told Monday and still not out for delivery aparently having to pick it up yet James is now blaming it on weather it’s only up the road from us acording to the tracking well cancelled again apparently can’t having had to raise it with my bank and also will be going to traiding standard absolute shambles of a place won’t even accept my husbands calls now either

I didn't even end up buying a Child's Dryrobe from the company of Ripped Knees due to my fault originally ordering the wrong colour and then discovering I couldn't re-order from them in time for my grand daughters birthday so had found one from another company.
In spite of that, their help all the way through the process of returning the original wrong one through to the promised reimbursement in 2-5 working days saying "no problem," was such a delight to encounter in comparison to the usually modern harsh business world.
