We purchased two wardrobes for the kids in December 2019 as part of a large order (order number 217028). Only half (1 of 2 required packages containing the doors and a few parts were delivered. We were promised the other parts would be delivered in Jan/Feb claiming the supplier experienced water damage in his warehouse. We agreed to their proposed 6 weeks wait expecting the items in Jan/Feb 2020. Over 8 months after our purchase, the items have not been delivered, we have received no response to our emails in the last 3-4 months, they just stopped replying us, no response to messages sent through their website, no refunds despite our asking them to retrieve the incomplete wardrobes and refund the money. They seem to be a law unto themselves with no one to hold them responsible. At the moment, they are not receiving phone calls and not replying emails. I hope someone in this company takes responsibility and replys my review/sorts this out. Of course it was my first and definitely last purchase with them. I truly regret dealing with them. Whatever relatively better price they offer is not worth it. We have been unable to purchase wardrobes elsewhere as we have been unsure if they will show up with the other half. Right now, we just want our refund and want them to retrieve their incomplete delivery. I have never dealt with such an irresponsible seller and truly wonder why they are in the business if this is their attitude to a failed service.

Arrived very quickly & was cheaper than same item anywhere else. Good communication re delivery too. Very impressed :)

Sent emails and messages on Facebook since mid July and they do not bother to respond. Not good customer service at all.

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered, two of my most recent emails have been ignored. Delivery In 1-2 days has turned into two weeks. First the courier had it and I should receive it any day and then after the first week I was contacted to say it wasn’t even in stock Despite being told it was on its way ,customer services were nice untill I was informed it wasn’t in stock now they just ignore my emails. Wish I had just paid the extra and went somewhere else to be honest just been a nightmare and If i continue to be ignored will contact trading standards.

Sold me a faulty product and then refused to replace it or fully refund me, even though the mistake was not visible until halfway through the assembly process so there's nothing I could have done. I now have paid a lot of money for a faulty shelving unit.

Still waiting for my wardrobe says it's been dispatched but hasn't left there warehouse (if they even have the stock). Fingers crossed for my refund when I request one as i dont think my wardrobe is ever going to turn up. AVOID!

Shameful company. Do not use.

I ordered a bedside table and chest of draws. The chest of draws arrived late and damadged. The bed side table has still not arrived despite ordering nearly a month ago.

I have emailed around 10 times and not received a single response. The call centre is closed so it is impossible to speak to anybody about my missing and damaged goods.

Can you urgently review and ship me the correct goods.

Delivery timescale was excellent. My horrible experience is returning my item. My return was validated on the 18 June 2020, there was a mishap by the company which delayed pick up to 15 July 2020. Return Item was collected on the 17 July 2020, now I've received no confirmation of my refund. It is now 6 August 2020, I'm still waiting for my refund. Contacted the company multiple times.

20/08/2020 update - received a phone call from the company, I appreciate the explanation for the delay, my refund is now processed. The covid 19 situation has not helped the service of many companies. The company has overall been proactive.

Ordered a few days ago was told on order delivery would be today have been sent a tracking number only to find that the furniture hasn't even bee. Sent out from right deals as of yet and can't get a reply as to when I will get it starting to wish I'd ordered from elsewhere as want the goods asap

My saga has been ongoing ever since the 19th July. Firstly, I sent you 2 emails to cancel my order, of which, you replied that ,according to you, you did not receive. On the 20th, I sent 2 further e-mails, requesting the delivery of the item to be stopped, which you had every opportunity to do so but, failed miserably. So much so that, the goods turned up on my doorstep on the 21st, without my knowledge, after all the appeals to not wanting the goods, falling on completely deaf ears. Since then, I have sent no less than THREE e-mails, all of which have been totally ignored, requesting collection of these goods, an RMA number plus address details to be sent, plus a refund for unwanted goods, minus the £30 collection fee you deem fair to charge for your incompetence in the whole matter. I've had no reply to all but one in all the correspondence i've sent you since mid July and I have copies of everything sent. Your goods, at present, remain here still unopened and want to return them at the earliest opportunity. This has been dragging on long enough, could you please get this matter sorted, once and for all, and have the item returned to you, together with, a full refund for the monies still owed to me. Shoddy communication at it's best and i've never known the likes of such appalling customer service!

Delivery was two parcels which made up one item. There was 6 days between first and second parcel, this caused problems and checking the tracking was useless as this kept changing. Whether this was supplier or courier made no difference to me I ordered from right deal
