Scam website DONT BUY FROM THEM, if you buy an item you won’t receive i bought 16gb ram the 1 of February, waited a month and after I asked for the refund but I still haven’t got a single response

I emailed them about a Boox Palma 2. They replied saying they had it in stock. I purchased it immediately. They emailed me a few days later saying that they didn't have it in stock, and to choose from a list of alternative devices. A few days later, I requested a refund. They didn't respond to my email. I sent FOUR emails over two weeks requesting a refund. They didn't respond to any email. I did not receive a refund. I am now in the process of getting my money back via my bank. 0/5 stars.

Product not available and they don't want to refund.
Keep on trying to 'sell' alternatives which I don't need nor want.
Completely ignoring demand for refund.
Even checked their site and product is till listed for sale, so they probably will try further on to catch some poor souls.
I had to open a complaint at my bank and the ECC.
Hope they'll refund with 2 other parties involved.

I did not receive what I reserved: a RAM memory of 32 GB (Patriot Viper Steel, DDR4, 32 GB, 3200MHz, CL16 (PVS432G320C6)
Art. Nr.: 6797281). I also received no useful response or contact from the company, and I have not received a refund. Based on my experience, I recommend caution before buying from this store.

Nedostal som to, čo som si rezervoval. Od spoločnosti som tiež nedostal žiadnu užitočnú odpoveď ani kontakt a nebola mi vrátená platba. Na základe mojej skúsenosti odporúčam opatrnosť pred nákupom v tomto obchode.

I have bought them a. coffee maker. After around 4 week. It has not been delivered to me and any body responded me. it is one of worst experiences ever. Don't buy. Don't buy.
