I wanted to buy one of their loft beds but it has been out of stock for ages. I tried contacting their customer service team to find out when they would be restocking, but I received absolutely no response. It matches exactly what other reviewers are saying about the radio silence and unreliability of this business. Do not trust their website or waste your time trying to get a hold of them.

I ordered an L Shaped bunk bed, waited weeks only for the item to be cancelled. No response to emails and no refund received. I noticed that the slide and steps had sold out so ordered just the bunk bed. This too has been cancelled despite being in stock and my money taken from the bank. I am now awaiting a refund with a combined value over £2000 be cautious when ordering.

Very bad company.

We placed our order almost three weeks ago and received no updates whatsoever. I emailed customer service several times, but my emails were completely ignored.

After making us wait for weeks, they suddenly cancelled our order, claiming the bed was out of stock. This is unacceptable. The bed only became “out of stock” after we had already placed our order, and on the same day they cancelled it, it was showing as “in stock” again on their website.

We had planned and prepared our entire room around this bed, so their last-minute cancellation has left us without furniture and completely disrupted our plans.

Poor communication, ignored customers, and unreliable order management. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the disappointment and buy elsewhere.

I placed an order with EzSpace for two vertical beds & a wardrobe back in early September 2025, and after a long three months I received my first delivery -which was all there and in reasonable condition aside from one thing ...one of the vertical bedframes, and instead they had delivered a horizontal bedframe.

Now at this point you would think this would be an easy fix. Deliver the correct bedframe, and pickup the incorrect one. Instead we have endured the following crazy process since the end of November:

- Being told this was the last in stock, and we will have to wait until February to receive the correct bedframe -as it needs to be re-manufactured.
- We wait until February, and are then told beginning of March.
- The ship arrives with our goods first week of March, but then have to wait until mid-April to be contacted by the delivery company after much chasing.
- The delivery company finally arrange a delivery date after more chasing, they deliver instead one pillow after a day of waiting.
- The delivery company arrange another date, and miraculously deliver a pillow again.
- The delivery company arrange another date, and to our astonishment deliver us another horizontal bedframe.
- In conversation between the delivery company & EzSpace it becomes clear the wrong goods are being supplied to the delivery company, so all eyes return to EzSpace & we plead for the simple request of supplying the vertical bedframe that we paid good money for 9 months ago.

Since that request 10 days ago they have completely cut off communication. They only email, so you are always at the mercy of their kindness to respond ...or not. When I had family sleeping on the floor in December instead of the bed I paid for i was angry but forgiving -however now after the deception & lies it has become clear that my leniency has been taken advantage of.

I will update this post every week until I receive a response, in hope we can amicably resolve the matter by supplying my goods or returning my money. Until then it seems I have been well & truly scammed.

One of the better wallbeds we can find. Fantastic design and quality for the NOBU horizontal bed.

I had a look at various sites and quite liked the design so decided to get the bunk for the boys room. Instructions were a bit of pain tbh, so took longer than it should but yeah it’s up now. But the product is very sturdy and well designed, so my boy twin really loved it.

I was properly braced for it to look a bit naff in real life (online photos can lie), but no – it’s actually pretty solid. The shelves feels like they can take proper weight too, not just for show. Pleaseantly surprised. I would recommend.

The TEOM L-shaped Bunk Bed is perfect for our guest room/kids’ sleepover setup. Super stylish with the angled design, and the storage stairs are brilliant for toys/blankets. Weight capacity is reassuring for adults too. Delivery was quick to London, packaging eco-friendly. Had a small query about mattress fit—email from So
phie sorted it in under an hour. Great value, no regrets!

Our order arrived incomplete, poorly manufactured, damaged, and missing instructions. Only then, on reviewing other more genuine-seeming Trustpilot reviews, did we notice that this appears to be the MO of this company.

After many months of trying to resolve the issue amicably with customer service (who gave the impression of being a single-person operation not based in the UK), EZSpace stopped responding altogether and left us no option but to resort to a chargeback through our credit provider, which after a thorough review we won.

After successfully winning our chargeback, we have referred the company to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice for selling products not as described and not following proper business processes.

I dearly wish we had thoroughly read the reviews here before making our purchase. Please do not repeat the same mistake.

Really slow delivery - it’s was weeks after the delivery date I was told. I wouldn’t have purchased if I knew it would take so long. I ordered a latex mattress. At first they were good at replying to emails and told me they didn’t know if there where any left - which strange since I had been given a delivery date before ordering. Then it was in stock (apparently) but delayed and delayed.

Eventually it arrived - with no delivery notification left on my doorstep. The mattress was tiny 10cm too short, 10cm to narrow and 1cm off the depth. I’ve had latex mattresses before and this is certainly not pure latex and is poor quality.

I’ve contacted to ask for it to be collected and refunded as they have sent the wrong size (the size doesn’t even exist as a bed/mattress size) and no one reply’s to my emails or phone calls.

I’m concerned I won’t get my money back and will be stuck with a useless sized mattress.

I don’t often write reviews. It has to be an exceptionally good or bad experience.

This falls under “bad”. And I mean really bad.

I ordered the pull-out wardrobe, which on the website looked like a really nice idea to install.

But the reality is that I greatly regret making this purchase.

- First, there were 13 missing parts. That’s not a typo. I’m all for a challenge, but I was supposed to buy a wardrobe, not a ticket to an escape room experience.

- Second, there were two duplicate parts. One was an actual duplicate. And the other was completely mislabeled. You had to crack open the tape measure just to figure out which part it really was.

- Third, all the bits needed to assemble the wardrobe were thrown into one plastic bag. It was more like a lucky dip bag. And the industrial smell was just overbearing. I honestly wonder what carcinogens I’ve just breathed in.

- Fourth, I received a faded instruction manual. Seriously, in some places I could use it as a notepad.

I contacted customer support, outlining everything and providing photographic evidence. They were very responsive at first, offering me the choice between receiving the missing parts or a refund. I was told if I did opt for a refund, I would have to pay a “substantial” admin fee.

They also stated if I had taken the pieces out of the box, it was “un-sellable”. Of course, taking it out of the box makes it “un-sellable”. Let’s ignore 13 missing pieces, right?

Unfortunately, when I asked for a refund, they became suspiciously quiet.

Sadly, I’m echoing the same themes in most of the negative reviews.

A small furniture retailer needs to prize their reputation. Their promise to customers on the EzSpace website is “reliable delivery and support”. As of right now, that promise has been shattered.

I don’t know if this will ever get resolved, but I will update if it does. I may upgrade this to 3* if this ever gets resolved.

But as of right now, I’m stranded with 22 pieces of wood and two large boxes. It’s gone from “EzSpace” to “DifficultClunk”…

The pull-out wardrobe I ordered exceeded my expectations! The delivery process was smooth, and the final product is stunning. The wardrobe is functional, stylish, and blends seamlessly with my room's aesthetic. I appreciate the attention to detail in its design, especially the innovative sliding mechanism. This is the worst company I have purchased furniture from. I wish I had saw bad reviews. I bought a pull out wardrobe. First of all, the website indicated that it is in stock. Actually it was not and I waited 4 months because I think it is a cool design. When I received the product, I realised that it is no way for me and my husband to assemble it as it is too heavy. I asked my builder to put together. Then I noticed that it looks different from the product they put on website: 1. Handle looks cheaper; 2. Clothes hanging rail is cheap aluminum which can not be fixed properly; 3. There is a wheel on bottom that makes it can be pulled out but it makes it difficult to drag out and push in, making huge noises! the image does not show this wheel; 4. Base is different and miss a critical part at the bottom, making whole unit unsteady when you use it. Company is doing false advertisement on website. The product you receive is a much cheaper version and different (obviously made in China I can tell). Avoid by all means.

We were really impressed with the sturdiness and build of this desk. It took a long time to put together but was worth it. We noticed a few cosmetic problems and had some other feedback which they were very grateful for, and offered us compensation for the minor cosmetic damage.

We only received part of our delivery, and even that included damaged pieces. The customer service has been appalling, with every email dodging responsibility and offering no clear delivery estimates. We ordered this bed months ago, yet our overseas guests—who are staying for over a month—still have no proper bed to sleep on.

The entire experience has been deeply disappointing, from the product quality to the lack of support. At this point, I’m beginning to doubt whether we will ever receive the remaining items. I’ve also requested a refund, but even that seems to be more challenging than getting the missing pieces delivered.

We ordered 2 natural latex mattresses in March for delivery in June, they didn't arrive until the end on October and were of very poor quality and not what we expected. Very disappointing.

Really enjoyed our latex mattress purchase as a topper to our thicker mattress. The mattress is comfortable and no more sweating during hot days.

The delivery took a long time (more than 3 months) but the customer support was engaged throughout.
The final product I am satisfied.

I ordered a loft bed with a desk in November 2022. The bed itself is of good quality, but it has a lot of lateral movement due to the weight at the top. This can be fixed by securing the bed to the wall, but it requires minor DIY skills, brackets (not included), and drilling into the wood.

The concerns raised in other reviews about the incorrect instructions are accurate. The assembly process is time-consuming and confusing, largely due to errors in the instructions.

One of the biggest issues I encountered was with the packaging. This is of poor quality and as such the cardboard boxes were damaged on arrival, and parts had shifted in transit, resulting in damage to some pieces. While Ezspace initially responded and sent most of the replacement parts, one piece was never replaced. Over time, communication with the company became difficult. They were slow to respond, requiring multiple follow-ups, and I have not received any response from them since February 2024, despite sending monthly emails.

In summary, the bed is of good quality once assembled, but the risk of receiving damaged goods is high, and getting replacements can be a drawn-out, frustrating process. I would not purchase from this seller again. Rated a 1 star

Edited 2/12/24: After posting this review and using an alternative email address, I was able to resolve our issue satisfactorily. While it was unfortunate that it took a review to prompt action, once the matter was addressed, the company was very responsive, and we reached an amicable settlement. I have changed the rating to 3 stars.
