Very straight forward.

Great customer service with attention to detail, excellent selection of products and timely response to queries. Delivery service is the best I have ever experienced.

Pleasant friendly purchasing experience. Staff knew their products very well, gave very helpful constructive advice.

Great personal service from excellent staff

Called into Tunbridge Wells branch hoping they could advise on what to buy after my deck stopped working. They tested my speakers and found it was a faulty cable, gave me a replacement. I was ready to spend a few hundred but their knowledge saved me a lot of money.
We've always bought from Richer Sounds and they have fantastic knowledgeable staff.
Very impressed with their service.

Rather than just sell me what I asked for they advised me on a different product which would be better suited to the speakers I wanted. Also rather than sell up the matching cd player they advised me to keep with what I had. Genuine advice from genuine staff who really want you to have the best experience. Very pleased with the outcome.

Joe was very helpful and understanding, particularly as my I.T. skills are extremely poor. He suggested the right projector, wiring and accessories and was very patient.

Joe and his team at Tunbridge Wells was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, sold me products and guided me through some issues I had with ease..

Great team great products and great value … 5 star

Excellent - I phoned up to buy a television, the team that dealt with the call were sensible, affable and helpful. Keep up the good work.

Great service at Tunbridge Wells. We went to look at a TV.
We walked away with a Great Deal.
The staff are helpful, friendly, professional and above all knowledgeable.

Embedded in my memory for many years is the impression that Richer Sounds was a supplier of quality HiFi for enthusiasts and discerning customers. In those days they seemed (in my youth) to be too expensive for my financial status. Times change, but quality is always quality and competitevness is more important today than ever.
Now, we want a better quality TV and after a bit of utube investigations, we decided that LG were the brand of the moment and prices were competiteve where ever one looked. What raises RS above the box pushers is product knowledge and spcialisation in the market. They are not a "Jack of all trades and master of none" They live and breathe high quality products in their field. Our new LG OLED 65 G is a joy to behold. You have to experience it yourself to appreciate it. I'm 78 and used to step by step guides. LG has a one sheet guide for most of their models (not RS's fault) My advice: study it carefully and unpack everything by the guide sheet. Once done start it up. What to do? follow the installation procedure. It does work, but terminology is only valid if you know what it means. A better printed guide enclosed with the product would be preferred. That said, navigating via the remote is a new experience. Especially by voice control that does not alway quite understand the spoken command. I am getting better at this. I have a NetFlix dongle, Humax satellite box and Blueray Player, plus a sound bar and sub woofer supplied foc by RS. It's all doable, but be patient.
The viewing pleasure is worth it.
It's Richer Sounds for me from here on in.

Good products at good prices and a friendly helpful service

Ordered at lunch time and it was delivered to store, ready to pick up by lunch time the next day.
Staff were very friendly.

I spoke to a helpful and friendly member of staff who took my order by 'phone and arranged for delivery. Everything went well, and I am very pleased with my purchase.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Easy ordering. Prompt collection

I have used Richer Sounds for a long time and in two different branches. The staff are always cheerful and welcoming. They are very knowledgeable about their products but in a manner that is open and accessible m rather than a bit know-it-all. I am a member of their VIP CLUB and thus get an extra discount on my purchases. The guarantees on their products varies per item, but my new TW has a 6 year one. Richer Sounds is owned by the staff in each branch - Mr Richer himself retired some time ago, and set up the ownership model for his then employees.
