Excellent friendly knowledgeable staff and great price

I phoned up on the way to Richer Sounds Tunbridge Wells to order a tv, the chap I spoke to was very helpful, and said he would put a reserved sticker on it, I arrived 25 minutes later, room to park, the tv was there waiting for me, great price, will definitely use this company again!

It was a pleasure dealing with Joe, he was very helpful and of course knowledgeable on his products

Excellent advice and product as always. Thank you to Calum at Richer Sounds in Tunbridge Wells for advising on the two subs solution for my system. Sounds and looks fantastic.

I have always used Richer Sounds for years, going back to the old Sevenoaks branch days!!
Always great service, knowledgeable staff who are incredibly helpful.

Great prices, and many thanks to James for all his help.

Easy to order, prompt query resolution, slick collection. Thank you

Everything was seamless, from speaking with Dean at the Tunbridge Wells store who guided me through the purchase, through to the efficient and friendly delivery.

Jo was very helpful and considering I ordered the wrong size tv said it wasn’t a problem.

Really quick service and great customer service from the staff at the Tunbridge Wells store.

Joe was extremely knowledgeable about the products we were looking at and that made the final choice of TV much easier.
I have bought from Richer Sounds since the time when the y only had one shop on London Bridge walk and they have been consistently excellent to deal with - and give good value!

Tv is good big screen well packed
Would have got a 5 but the delivery what not good
Email say it was out
Time between at set time
NO phone call within the hour
Was home All day as I was ill
When it did turn up gentlemen very nice

Superb customer centric service, with staff going above and beyond to help me source a particular item from their clearance catalog and shipping across the country. Included photos on demand, and working with on the courier requirements. Very happy with the item, price and experience. Thanks Dean!

What a team at Richer Sounds. Excellent knowledge explanation on products straight forward and more importantly they listen.
Thanks

Two sides of coin. Order contact and collection contact. Collection was fine although no-one rang me to confirm the Technic's decks had been delivered. They were at the back of the retail outlet on show. No big deal just a bit slow. Polite and professional and developed rapport. Interim Manager.

The order was ok although the Manager confused me saying the lower priced decks may have an audible hiss? I didnty pay more for the Technics because of that - the lead time was better than 8 weeks - which seemed excessive.

Polite point of contact. I just felt slightly concerned when I left after ordering. Different Store Manager who has now gone back down a level.

Could have been better as I spent a lot of money.

I have been A customer of Richard sounds for A number of years I have aways fond your starf very helpful This was no different So I am pleased with my purchase

The best part is your helpful and knowledgable staff. I visit family from France and Richer Sounds transfer products to the Tumbridge Wells branch for me to collect. They have always met the deadline for collection even though I have tight windows.

phoned in the morning to confirm the unit was in stock. I arrived a couple of hours later and your salesman knew was I was talking about.
He asked about my my current set up and we had a chat about that

It was nice to have someone take an interest rather than just take my money!
I have recommended you to my (much younger)neighbor who is only now taking an interest in vinyl
records. The first time he saw one of mine he thought it was a big CD!
Anyway,I really enjoyed my visit even though it was a50 mile round trip.

Joe was really friendly and gave us a good appraisal of the products on offer. we were very pleased with Richer Sounds, and the guarantee helps too. We are very happy with our new tv.

I was introduced to a Polk sound system by Dean of the Tunbridge Wells store of Richer Sounds (sound bar and woofer), and once collected and set up, found the new equipment transformed the sound of my Panasonic TV.
My main interest is in classical music, and with this equipment, meant I could hear far more detail in the balanced orchestral sound it was able to produce.
I felt the quality of the unhurried advice from Dean and his colleague was reassuring and helpful - they certainly know their products! I was equally delighted with the value for money as I had never heard of Polk before. A huge upgrade for my television viewing! Thank you.
