Awesome service and the warranty is a stress free worry

good service, great product. competitive price

Omar at the swiss cottage branch was amazing, from start to finish giving sound advise on options. Almost my setup the of system is complete. Many thanks for all your support mate. Greatly appreciated.

Friendly and informative, Staff
Very good.

Knowledgeable staff, good selection of products backed by six year warranty, quick delivery, great prices. Very happy.

I placed my order by phone which was quickly answered. The gentleman with whom I spoke was charming and hugely helpful and enthusiastic re the quality of the radio which I was odering. In short----a superb service.

Everyone I spoke to at Richer Sounds (Filip, Paul) were knowledgeable about their products and helped me form a decision about the most suitable headphones I should purchase for my purposes. They explained and helped me with the ordering process and I was very grateful for their input.

First class service and everyone contacted being helpful

From my initial enquiry, the staff were extremely helpful, giving sensible and informed advice with no hard sell at all. Part of my order took a day or so longer than expected to be delivered from another store (DPD let them down!) but staff were responsive in chasing this up and called me when the order had arrived and it was ready for collection.

Great team, easy to navigate website, purchasing was easy. Follow up emails and delivery notifications were great, even when changing delivery method soon after ordering. Pricing is the extremely competitive and would choose them over digital shops all the time

They were so clear, straightforward and efficient. Explained everything and offered assistance

A faultless transaction, all staff concerned were knowledgeable, courteous and helpful.

Good price, great speedy service and a follow up call a few days after by Ollie to check all good.

Excellent service
Great advice
Friendly staff - eg Omar
Helpful store manager - Filip
I made a large order - no problem getting refunds for items that were not needed
Also prompt refund for any price matches.
Highly recommended

Great personal service and so good to be spoken to about electronics and understand what they’re talking about and giving honest true answers. Highly recommend

Worked with Richard Sounds at Swiss cottage, top guys A++++ on service .

Went out to of their way to get the deal done.

Amazing advice, super fast return with quotes and great recommendation for installer. I will always come back to Richer Sounds, they are the top electronics retailer.

First class service , staff very knowledgeable.

The team have a great ethos that puts the customer first.

I ordered two pairs of speakers from different brands as I couldn't decide which would be best for a 21st birthday present. The process worked seamlessly. When I cancelled the second pair before collecting because I'd changed my mind the Swiss Cottage team took it in their stride and processed the refund promptly and courteously, through clear and helpful emails and a phone call.

I'm pleased with the speakers I kept, the price was good and I trust Richer Sounds way more than some other internet that might offer a marginally better price but with far worse customer service.
