Richer Sounds - Southampton Arvostelua

Awesome experience, Marco sorted me out with a new surround sound system that was also great for music and looked excellent. Very happy with the whole experience ordering in store and it arrived the day after I moved in to new house as requested. Total confidence in Marco and richer sounds, I gave him a call when I’d moved in with dimensions for an extra speaker and quickly got a call back with excellent product at a great price, it arrived next morning. Can’t fault them in the Southampton store.

I spoke with your representative in Southampton who gave me good advice and I purchased based upon his recommendation

Excellent service, knowledgeable and no pressure from staff.

Friendly staff with excellent knowledge of products in Southampton shop. No pressure to choose a particular item, but showed comparisons well.
Next day delivery of one item and the second was also delivered within days and we were kept informed about this delivery. I would certainly visit Richer Sounds again for equipment I need.

Product knowledge was excellent....good advice !

Great service and advice. Definitely recommend.

Excellent experience- good store and great staff thank you

As always fantastic experience all round. Best price and best service.

Have bought various items in last few years and always great service.
Just bought a denon cd player and had help from james over phone to set up to amp.

Staff were very helpful particularly Ben who was my main point of contact when purchasing some new Dali speakers.

R S is always my one stop shop for my tv and Hi-fi purchases and always will be. Their prices and warranty deals just can’t be matched by anyone else and the customer service is second to none. Such a pleasure to deal with a top company as Richer Sounds. Many thanks.

Felt welcome and not jumped on
Good knowledge of the product

Outstanding service and advice from Tom, purchase and delivery couldn’t have been smoother - thank you

I was given two gift vouchers for a birthday present. I wasn't able to use them online but phoned up my local store(Southampton) and they (Ben if I remember correctly)sorted if for me straight away on the phone. I have used Richer Sounds many times over the years and their customer service is second to none. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who cares to listen.

Such an easy process! Order online or over the phone and get next day delivery to the store or to your home.
All involved are helpful, knowlegeable and so polite.
Exceptional customer service, always at Richer Sounds.

Visited the store to check on actual definitive dimensions of an item - foot location underneath! Didn't have the right stock, but James willingly engaged in sorting out the actual unsuitability of the item. Would have stayed longer but was also playing beat-the-traffic-warden. Phoned the store the next day to order the right item but got bounced to Brighton store, becasue they were physically closed, where Rosie took my order and got it delivered to the Southampton store for me to pick up the next business day. Picked up my item after a confirmation call to say it had arrived. Fabulous.

Always a good service from staff that know what they’re talking about. Great quality products. I Would always recommend Richer Sounds in Southampton

Great service from Tom, helped me choose cables and carried a box to
my car for me.

Good service knowledgeable staff delivered next day
