Richer Sounds - Southampton Arvostelua

The guy who served us knew exactly what we needed.
Our new speakers are superb.

Excellent range of gear is available in this Southampton branch with staff, led by a brilliant manager (Rob), having the expertise to ensure that you get the system (or part) that you require. The 'Sound Room' is perfect to help you make your choice. The staff were friendly and helpful and, despite being very busy, managed to keep all their customers happy. My order was shipped the following day with one item which had sold out being located in one of the other branches. Delivery service was very good, reversing the negative reports found against many agents. Highly recommended

Good choice of equipment, informative staff

The service was very good I was able to order TV as a present for my granddaughter over the phone with ease. It was also delivered 4 days early very good.

I ordered the Wiim Pro Plus online as I was on holiday. About 10 minutes later I received a call from the Southampton shop, my local store, to say they had one in stock and would put it by until I could pick it up. Excellent customer service. The Pro Plus is great too!

Received good service and advice at the shop

Good in store service from Paul, delivery on time,
set up help excellent. Paul was excellent at suggesting the right TV for me, highly recommended, would shop with Richer Sounds again.

Always a pleasant experience to shop at Richer Sounds. Staff friendly and knowledgeable, and helped by explain how to wire an arc HDMI cable for my Denon amp and LG TV

Had my klipsch speakers repaired had them for nearly three years no problem with the six year guarantee working as good as new brilliant service from richer sounds Southampton.

As always fantastic knowledge and delightful customer service

I ordered some speakers at a great members price and arranged for collection at my local Richer Sounds shop the next day, process was so simple and the price was fantastic

Wspaniała obsługa i bardzo dobry sprzęt

Excellent service once again from Richer Sounds in Southampton. I was greeted by Marc who was very helpful .
Thank you Marc

You cannot beat Richer Sounds customer service, why would you buy expensive multimedia equipment elsewhere!

Shout out to Marc who responded to all of my queries promptly and politely.

Quick service, good advice and the purchase was good value for money

Marc and the team at Richer Sounds made me feel welcome, I have purchased many parts & Audio equipment from them for years, Jim is an expert in connectivity & Diract, I like chatting with them for educational purposes they know what they are talking about, it my one stop shop for Audio.

I bought an expensive Arcam A15+ amplifier after over a year of research. I was shocked to unbox it and find it was VERY comprehensively faulty.
The staff at Richer Sounds were very sympathetic and professionally quickly sourced a replacement. The 2nd Arcam A15+ is installed and has made a real significant leap in the sound quality of my system.
This exceedingly rare fault was effortlessly sorted and fixed.
Richer Sounds Southampton have totally sealed my loyalty to their perfect service.
Many Thanks to Tom the Manager

Love this company. They make it easy to speak to someone on the phone who can give you straightforward informed advice. No pressure tactics, just a nice conversation and recommendations. This makes me feel it would be disloyal to then go off to some faceless entity to make my purchase. So I have a painless experience, they secure the sale, it's all good.
