Richer Sounds - Southampton Arvostelua

Great knowledge and assistence from the staff.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of care, attention to detail, and overall service provided by Richer Sounds. From the very first interaction right through to after the purchase, the experience has been nothing short of outstanding.

A special mention has to go to Jim, who was incredible throughout the entire process. His depth of knowledge and genuine passion for what he does really stood out. He took the time to fully understand what I was looking for, offered thoughtful and tailored advice, and ensured I felt confident in every decision.

What really sets the experience apart is that the support didn’t stop once the purchase was made. The aftercare has been just as strong—responsive, helpful, and clearly focused on making sure everything continues to perform exactly as expected.

It’s rare to come across this level of professionalism combined with such a personal touch. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Richer Sounds to anyone looking for not just great products, but a truly exceptional customer experience.

In addition for my thanks to Jim I would also like to thank Marc for his outstanding commitment to my needs in purchasing this projector and screen. He is always on hand to assist and guide me through each part of my set up

The only place to buy anything media watching related. Knowledgeable staff. Well presented shop. Good prices and great guarantee.

Great serivce at the Southampton branch, the staff are so friendly and can't be more accomodating.
The products they sell they stand by and I felt at ease talking through the options. They didn't push for a specific sale either, just made sure I was making the right choice and I felt I had the opportunity to test and be satisified myself that I made the right choice.
It's always good to feel like I'm supporting my local store as well.

All round great service, Friendly informative staff, and a excellent delivery service

Richer Sounds listened to our requirement for speakers to replace our thirty year old ones and suggested several options, one of which we purchased at a very reasonable price and we have been very pleased with them. Ben was extremely helpful and Dexter was an impressive support.
