Richer Sounds - Plymouth Arvostelua

I’ve dealt with Richer Sounds for many years and they have always been helpful in sorting us out the best options for us.
There always competitive and knowledgeable about the product and make you feel comfortable dealing with.

Very helpful assistant in the shop, delivery arrived on time and received a phone call to advise us that it had arrived in the shop. Excellent price given with the additional VIP voucher. Would definitely use Richer sounds again. Thank you it's nice to receive old fashioned treatment.

Great customer service, fast delivery and a great price. I paid around £1.3k on a G5 which to me looks brand new.

What a great shop. Traveled 2 hours to get there. Worth every minute. Great demo. Had what I wanted in store so very pleased with the whole experience. Fab staff.

Josh was great, he talked me through the differences of the TVs to help me understand and make a better decision

Polite, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. What more could you want.

Great to deal with Richer Sounds again. Always excellent Service. Friendly and helpful staff in the Plymouth shop. There is always an excellent range in stock.
The new Sennheiser HD600 headphones I bought are insanely good. Some of the reviews say they lack bass but to my hearing I find them perfectly balanced.
Thanks guys :)

Excellent customer service from Josh (Plymouth branch). Went beyond expectations to provide quality service and support.

the conversation help by Ying was first class . Delivery by the best , DPD

Ordered a new TV - seamless and great value for money - fitting crew were sublime

I needed a new 10m, HDMI cable and like trying to pick a toothpaste of a supermarket shelf found it a bit confusing! One 'phone call later and I was very satisfied that I had ordered the right one, due primarily to the knowledge of the staff.
Despite choosing the slowest form of delivery, what I ordered on Saturday arrived Tuesday... excellent

Always receive great service and advice from the Plymouth store nothing is too much trouble to them, ordered items always received promptly and well packed with excellent delivery service from DPD

Competitively priced quality brands sold by excellent helpful listening staff. Whenever possible I use Richer Sounds as I really appreciate the non pushed sensibly priced extended warranty options on the products, unlike the forcefully pushed commission earning overpriced warranty schemes sold by the major electrical outlets.

Another great experience at The Plymouth Store, I was given plenty of time to listen to different Floorstanding speakers and with the managers help decided on the right set, many thanks team Plymouth!

Bought Hisense TV from telesales team. Best price, six year warranty, next day delivery. Excellent service from Ben.

Straight forward advice. Time will tell if it was good

Ben was very knowledgeable about his job which made purchasing a new TV very easy. This is the first time I’ve purchased anything from richer sounds and it won’t be the last. Brilliant personalised experience which you can’t get with bigger chains like Curry’s but most of all they know what there talking about. The price point was cheaper than any where else. Many thanks 🙏

I had great customer service from your employees, very polite knew everything about the product did not push more expensive items, I ended up getting a radio as well as a new TV becouse of the great service and products

The staff at the Plymouth store were simply A1 Nothing was to much trouble
