Richer Sounds - Manchester Arvostelua

I enquired about a clearance item and the store could not have been more helpful. I was given the full story on the item - which was absolutely fine - and the store was happy to hold it for me to check over before paying and collecting - it was also incredibly good value!

Having received details of a clearance sale, I submitted a request half expecting not to hear anymore. However, within a day, I was informed a Blu Ray Player was available at a very reasonable price. Delighted with the service I received from Shiv who was efficient and friendly.

Went into Manchester shop to buy a 1.5m optical cable. Received all the reassurance I needed that what I was proposing would work (it has).

As always, a warm welcome from friendly and knowledgable staff.

Stellar service as always from richer sounds. Cheers guys

Good price. Prompt delivery to the shop and easy pickup arrangements.

Purchased a 32”Phillips Ambilight tv, Wasn’t suitable for a wall bracket . Returned for a 32” Mitchell & White , Easy swap no problems. John Doyle.

I have had two purchases here recently. On both occasions, I was impressed by the knowledge and impartial advice of the staff. It’s good to deal with enthusiastic experts.

Not telling

Very happy with my new turntable. I asked for next day delivery and it was sent and very well tracked. Would definitely recommend richer sounds to all my friends and family. Great business.

We had excellent service and advice from Matt in the Manchester store. He gave us a great general overview of options in the current TV market ( we hadn't bought a new TV for a long time), and at no point did he rush us or try to upsell us. He listened to what was important to us and laid out a choice of options. First class!

Very helpful and friendly staff, purchased record player for the first time, they answered all the questions I had.
Great that I could have it delivered home as I don't live in centre of Manchester.
Packaged very well. Thrilled with my purchase.

Excellent service. Honest, knowledgeable sales people.

Thanks in particular to Sam from the Manchester branch for excellent customer service when my ear buds were seemingly faulty. I chose Richer Sounds to be able to get professional advice about what to buy and I got that in both Manchester and Liverpool.

I had a visit to the Manchester City Centre Richer Sounds store and ended up purchasing a turntable, amplifier and speakers. Ryan helped me out, and this was incredibly useful. I had in mind the system that I wanted to get, and we made a few tweaks after discussing things in more detail. The whole experience was relaxed, enjoyable and stress-free. I fully recommend the Manchester store. Thank you, Ryan, for all of your assistance.

Staff were patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Listened to what I wanted, then helped to pinpoint what something that matched my requirements. Guidance was given re budget against value for money. Discount was given for VIP membership, my purchase has a 6 year guarantee, and it's free delivery.
The only downside was having to wait as my model was out of stock.

Excellent service throughout, very knowledgeable on products and great prices

Store staff were extremely helpful and gave a great advice helping choose a turntable to suit my needs and budget, which was in the sale too :) Another great store experience.

After doing a lot of research, I had a shortlist of components for a hi fi system. I went into the Manchester City Centre store and had a good discussion with Matt, and settled on alternative speakers that he recommended and was able to demo.

The service was excellent, they were priced extremely competitively and I received everything 2 days later. I’m very pleased with my system and my experience with Richer Sounds.

Fantastic customer service, great product, Audio Technica deck, will definitely shop here again.
