Richer Sounds - Manchester Arvostelua

The staff were concerned that what they were selling was apropriate

My go to solution for audio. Always very helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble. Staff are great with particular mention to Matt.

Visited the Manchester shop and found all my enquiries answered by a guy who really was knowledgeable about the very aspect of Sonos audio. He directed me to the right product to buy to add a turntable to the audio system already in place in my home.
Great service as always from Richer Sounds. Delivered as promised on the day they said to expect it.

The manager here gave good reliable information about several products to make a true choice of what we wanted.

Adrian in the Manchester, Deansgate shop was very helpful and informative when we were looking for a new tv and dvd player.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff who knows alot about the products they sell

Rob was excellent he demonstrated the Cambridge EVO1 in store and I went home to think about on phoning back to order the unit, everything went perfect and the unit arrived the next day. Highly recommend service

Adrian and Matt were absolutely fantastic at dealing with someone who panics at the slightest problem with technology.
Friendly,knowledgeable and so patient.
Thank you.

An easy and excellent transaction. An excellent price for an excellent Av Receiver. I had the Yamaha RX-V6A for two years and I was never happy with it, even though I tried tweaking it many times and it always had HDMI handshake problems. My Monitor Audio Speakers never seemed to use their full potential with the the Yamaha Amp. The Denon is a different beast, best decision I ever made is to buy the Denon S770H.

Had great advice and service from Adrian and Ryan at the Manchester branch for a WiiM mini, which i'm delighted with.

I made a poor choice of equipment which didn't meet my needs, Richer sounds staff and policy's worked together to change what I ended up buying which really has exceeded my expectations and stayed well within my Budget.

Easy to get hold of staff by phone, who on the whole were always helpful and eager to please. However during the clearance/sale event it was evident that stock was moving at pace which resulted in me not getting the product I originally picked.
Although all turned out well in the end!!

Just a very pleasant experience all round. Staff were friendly and helpful, and I ended up with a great product at an incredible price. VIP Club membership is a definite bonus. Store was Manchester Deansgate, so a shout out to them. I hadn't actually bought anything at a Richer Sounds in 25 years or more (I mostly live abroad), so was great to see it's still as good as ever!

Knowkedgeable, without being patronising. I really did need help and the gentleman whi served me was brilliant, friendly and not at all pushy. Delivered very promltly too.

Great service, manager (Manchester City Centre) is a dude with a fine beard & talked me through some options and my daughter was very made up with her new speaker for University.
I wish i could kit my house out with all RS gear, but unfortunately, i'm too poor.

I ordered the TV via the website which was straightforward, uncomplicated and the best price online. I received a call from the store to let me know the TV was ready for collection. I'm very pleased with my purchase and have already recommended Richer Sounds to family and friends for first class service.

Always great service and great prices

A wealth of knowledge was received when I called asking for recommendation for a turntable with built in speakers for my 94 year old father.
I was specifically told that if any issues whatsoever then call straight away.
Fully recommend this business for any sound or vision equipment needed.
