Richer Sounds - Manchester Arvostelua

Helpful staff. Clear explanation of products.

Everyone works hard to achieve complete customer satisfation.

Quick, easy, polite & helpful service and a great product.

Great record player for a beginner. Good quality & sound. Very informative staff.

Good service, happy staff in the shop

I contacted Richer Sounds asking for advice regarding a pre-amp for my turntable. The advice I received was spot on as always. Although I ended up buying the pre-amp from Amazon (cos I could get it next day rather than wait til after Easter) I did buy a RCA cable from RS in Manchester. Very pleased with the cable & the advice I received from the team was superb as always.

Thank-you Ryan, and Richer sounds

I order mostly on line but the service is always fast

Outstanding service from the Manchester team.
Ryan was patient and very informative with my purchase.
Very pleased with the price, and believe me I DID shop around - and quite confident that not only this was the cheapest price in the UK but with the 6 year warranty and brilliant customer service this was a cracking deal.
Speedy delivery with 2 great guys too.

Lovely friendly team.
Matt was very helpful and very knowledge too. I will definitely be back. Thanks.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Checked everything which I want to know. Help me to make the best decision and purchase.

The headphones are brilliant. The app lets you EQ the sound I like very much recommended. The only fly in the ointment is DPD. I dread deliveries from them. This time was no different. The driver took one look a the flats and drove straight passed. I then had to go and collect from a shop. Despite the fact I was at home and never left the flat. I paid for home delivery. Please stop using DPD as they couldn't a cold in the middle of a Pandemic.

Sam really helped us out. The staff were really keen to help and had great technical knowledge. Very impressed with the new turntable and the advice at richer sounds Manchester

Sent an email enquiring about a product and within minutes I got a reply and within 30 minutes I had the product in my hands and an extremely positive experience in a very friendly shop.

Great service. Special thanks to Ryan; a fountain of knowledge and has helped my Hifi sound at it's absolute best.

I recently purchased Humax aura EZ 4K FHR-6000T personal video recorder. The superficial nature of the accompanying user manual meant that the procedure for its initial installation and configuration was anything but straightforward.
Following a visit to the Manchester branch of Richer Sounds, the staff quickly resolved my installation problems by offering and delivering a prompt solution.
It makes a refreshing change to deal with staff with relevant technical knowledge and abilities as opposed to staff whose expertise lies solely in sales and marketing.

Matt at the Manchester store was excellent. He got in touch directly when my initial choice of product was unavailable, and guided me towards a suitable alternative with expert advice provided in an easily understandable way. I couldn’t be happier with the service and product I received, and I’m continuously impressed with the offerings of Richer Sounds.

Brilliant sales staff for my good quality televisions. Will certainly purchase televisions gain from Richer Sounds.

Prompt service, manger rang me when my product became available to collect

Customer at the forefront of their business. A business that successful, and will be because of caring business, colleagues. I was very impressed this time with Ryan. A true ambassador for R S, I'm sure he is the type that know his customers well and with me he did stand out as very customer orientated. Thanks Ryan.
