Richer Sounds - Manchester Arvostelua

Friendly, attentive, personal, knowledgeable

My query was dealt with very efficiently and I was given help and reassurance. My order was despatched the same day and arrived the following morning. Great service.

Adrian‘s help with selecting what met our needs plus payment, delivery and warranty details were top class.

Prices were very competitive too.

Damaged panel on TV when unboxed - dealt with super speedily by Manchester store - newer model provided in tandem with courier. Collected damaged item - all dealt with within 2 days and zero fuss. That’s customer service - it still exists!!!

Very helpful staff. I received a phone call to let me know my product had arrived. Very pleasant service when picking it up.

Straight forward sales and advise, and no hard sell.

Great advice for a newbie to turntables, speakers etc. Polite, friendly and personable staff. Calm and easy going vibe, definitely recommend Richer Sounds

Great service from Richersounds in Manchester with the purchase of Sony bravia 7 ii 50" tv. Prompt reliable delivery and good comunication from in house courier.
I have found the tv to have excellent picture quality and sound and is a vast improvement from my old KD-49XH9505 in every aspect with sharp clear picture, screen uniformity (no dse) and good viewing angles.
Competitive price. Recommeded.. tv and retailer. Many thanks.

Superb customer service - great advice from Rob (and previously from the store manager) on a new TV and soundbar/speaker system. So lovely to be able to take advice in a non-pressurised environment. I’m thrilled with the new tech (LG OLED TV and soundbar/subwoofer) - the performance has blown me away. Don’t bother with John Lewis - this is where you will get time and proper advice.

Great customer service.
Good free advice.
Lots of choice, narrowed down, by staff who know what they are talking about.

TOP MARKS from me.

I purchased on-line and opted to collect from store, I found the product description to be honest and clear and the price to be better than that available on Amazon. The purchase was clearly communicated at every stage and the process was simple for me. It seems to me that because the company specializes in audio/visual that the staff are helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell.

Looking for speaker wall brackets, and having seen something on the Richer Sounds website that might meet my needs, I called in on the off chance that I'd be able to look at them. The staff member (sorry, don't recall his name) helpfully pointed out that although they weren't stocked in the shop there was one on the wall for a speaker in use. I was able to confirm that they should be right (I had specific requirements for clamp height and angle adjustment) but was assured that I could return them if they proved unsuitable. I placed an order there and then (Friday early afternoon) and was amazed to find they were delivered on Saturday at no extra charge. Very pleased with the brackets and the service. Maybe I could have got something cheaper at a huge online retailer(!) but I'm satisfied that I got very good value from Richer Sounds.

Very efficient service and a very personalised one, even with everything being done online e.g. named person to contact if the need arose. This type of service is very rare these days, but is priceless.

The staff were welcoming, professional, and happy to answer all of my questions. Delivery was as promised and the driver was also professional. A very good experience.

Manchester store Deansgate . On a phone call the guy was really helpful helping me with a buzzing sound off my old new Technics SL3000 turntable..Took time to work out an issue for me and was happy to help me. I'm also buying a TV stand from them. I would recommend them...they have been in business for years so got to be good.

Adrian, the store manager was a calm character, zero hard sell and just helped me make choices I'm still very happy with. I got to try the equipment I was interested in without being rushed. My first Hifi purchase has been a great experience. I placed the order in-store on a Saturday and got the delivery on Monday. Way quicker than I dreamt of. Thank you

People are your strength but you need better systems.
Jeff from telesales gave me a fairly good offer on a higher shelf CD player but when sent a link to pay, after my bank's block on the card removed your system still could not process the payment. I had to visit your Manchester shop to pay where Adrian was very helpful.
Both Jeff and Adrian were top notch with quick delivery sorted, but your systems let me down.
Why Jeff could not take the card payment on the phone?
Why only the lame internet link which was useless?
The guys were great though.

Decided to buy a filo cd player and have always used richer sound for my hi-fi and speakers over the last 30+ years, had it posted out and was here in two days

My little compact radio / CD player / Bluetooth works great. Perfect for my kitchen where I don’t need ‘big sound’. I was advised that for my purposes, I didn’t need the more expensive product, and you were right. It’s great, easy to use, and I get to listen to CDs again.
