Very helpful and knowledgeable assistant, answered all questions and demonstrated arrange of TVs. The installer recommended was also first class.

I have been using Richer Sound in Maidstone for a couple of years now. The staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable, especially Ben the store manager. Products are dispatched quickly and at competitive prices.

Good company to deal with, the Maidstone branch was very quick at answering the emails and informative, placed my order for a out of stock turntable and it turned up earlier than expected and it’s great 👍 shame I couldn’t call the local shop (Maidstone) and talk to them in person tho .

I wanted to compare the Audio C10 speaker against the Sonos systems. They had them all set up and I was able to clearly hear the difference in quality of the speakers. No rush and no pressure - and they matched the online sale price. Just a brilliant service all round

Advice
On contacting Richer Sounds for advice prior to purchasing re existing TV not working I was not advised to try switching on the TV at the side of the set. My ignorance but was told to reboot by usual method. Still did not work thus led to me purchasing a new TV from Richer. I have bought a few TVs and recently a music centre from Richer. Other than that I was very satisfied with Peter who installed the TV.
