Thanks for taking the time to leave your review — it’s great that Piers was able to provide the right advice and help you understand the differences between the models which we appreciate can be daunting, when there is so much choice.
We’re also pleased everything was arranged smoothly with delivery and installation at a time that suited you. Our teams always aim to make the whole experience as straightforward and stress‑free as possible, so it’s reassuring to know that came across.
Of course if there’s anything further we can help with don’t hesitate to get in touch..

You can rely on Richer
The Richer Sounds six years guarantee is good. My Samsung neo tv cocked out after 36 mths. Richer attempted to get it fixed but, alas a deep seated issue. So I got credit note back towards a new tv. Great service from the Richer Team resolving the issue, especially my local Maidstone branch. You can rely on Richer !
