Richer Sounds - Guildford Arvostelua 

Wanted to purchase a clearance item from the store.
Phoned the store before travelling.
Dan placed it to one side so that when I arrived it was still available.

Needed some info about an LG Oled C series. Their website gave me all the knowledge I needed. Everything is very detailed and broken down to help viewers understand the various features.

Modern TVs are so complicated it is great that Richer Sounds has knowledgeable staff who are helpful and unbiased. As a result we are very pleased with our purchase.

Had very good customer service from Richersounds. My order was damaged in transit by the courier but sorted out quickly by the staff at the shop.

Had no problems with the service Dan was very helpful and ordered the cambridge audio music streamer to be delivered on Tuesday which was great the only issue is it turned up on Monday which was great but ment I was working and my wife had to cancel a appointment so someone was home to receive it. Also I phone the store and asked if they had them in stock before visiting the store as its 1 hour drive for me but they had none when I got there. next time I will ask if they have things in store before visiting.

The guys at Richer Sounds, Guildford were very accommodating when I rang them up late on Cyber Monday to arrange a demo of two products, they had on promotion. They arranged everything within two hours and provided excellent customer support.

Short and sweet. I did my homework before coming to the shop. I had one question which was answered almost immediately and accurately. No hard sell. In and out within 5 minutes. Fantastic.

After being so disappointed with the service at certain big stores, I vowed I would always use a smaller retailer. I am never disappointed with Richer Sounds. The range of goods is superb and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

I don’t normally leave reviews but this company consistently provides not only excellent service but expert advice. Needed to return the wrong bracket I’d bought and opened, the shop wasn’t fully open yet but they let me in anyway, said it wasn’t an issue I’d opened the product and then explained exactly what I needed, how to put it up and asked me to call later if I had any questions. Dylan in Guildford, you are a credit to the business, this is service done right and a reason to still visit stores. Why can’t all business provide this level of customer service and expertise? Went to the Guildford store and had a good chat with Roland about projectors. Went away and came to a decision so called him back and he arranged a swift delivery of our chosen one. Fabulous service! Can’t recommend Richer Sounds highly enough.

Friendly, helpful, polite and knowledgeable staff. Good prices, especially Black Friday! Wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy a television.
