Richer Sounds - Guildford Arvostelua

Went in with a clear vision of getting a record player, but with no specific model in mind. The guys were really informative and patient. When I phoned up later that day to purchase what I wanted (needed 😉) they made sure I got exactly what I came in for.
Also my stuff got delivered a day earlier than expected so that's always a win.

Anyway the record player and speakers are mint and I'm really grateful to everyone on the shop x

Expert advice, friendly and very helpful 100% buy my next tv there,

Very helpful advice from Roland at the Guildford store followed up by a quote sent to me by email led to me ordering (online from Richer Sounds) a networked amplifier that has proved to be a great success. Well done and thank you.

As usual Richer Sounds gave me the best price I could find anywhere and quality of service and delivery speed were second to none. I will always go back to Richer Sounds if they have what I am after even if I can find it for a bit less elsewhere (which I think from my past experiences is unlikely). The 6 year warranty they give is also unbeatable.

Helpful advice and guidance whilst purchasing. Smooth process from first contact until delivery.

great team and really good advice and service

Staff were very informative and helpful. No pressure sale. Delivery was organised and the item was delivered next day.

Always had great service the place to go av gear 👍😁

I went in looking for a music streamer. I was able to discuss what my needs were with staff who understood the options and were able to confirm that what I wanted to do was practical. The streamer I initially wanted was out of stock but they recommended an alternative. I bought it and installed easily at home. Good result.

Roland and the team are very helpful on my purhase of monitor audio product over the year. Thank you.

Great product at a very good price.
Ordering on line very easy and it came very quickly

1. Non-pushy sales person/expert. Didn't try to get me to buy the "next model up".
2. Did not have the AV receiver in store but ordered and arrived in 2 days.
3. Accepted Blue light card.
4. Nice, clean environment (Guildford)

Helpfull, efficient. Not much interaction as just picking up online order

I used them to buy a television. They were very knowledgeable and helpful, and slightly cheaper than elsewhere. I had looked at some models online and found the specifications vague, but a quick phone call and all was quickly solved. The third party installer that they sent was very good and not expensive.

Great advice. Good stock levels. I'll be back for sure.

Ordered unit through local Richer Sounds store. Staff very helpful as usual. Unit delivered on time as agreed.
No issues with setting up. Unit working nicely.

Good product excellent price, held it for me without any deposit, could not fault in any way. Thanks guys

Great service from the team at Guildford.

Thank you very much, to (especially) Tayla and her team for the great customer service they have provided, they surpassed my expectations.

This is what makes a great business, no drama, no dragging of their feet, just corrected the issue, in a very timely, and professional manner.

This is why I buy tech from people who look after their customer base.

I sent an email to Richer Sounds in Guildford asking a question about turntables that would work with my system as it was pretty old. Franklin communicated with me straight away about budget and choices with great and honest advice. I bought the turntable that day. A very happy customer.
