Richer Sounds - Brighton Arvostelua

Very helpful polite and knowledgeable staff especially Toby and Rosie at the Brighton store.
Great price's and huge range and delivery was very fast and a good price what more could you ask for.

Great service, helpful

If I want to buy a TV or anything hi fi I will always come to Richer Sounds. On this occasion I was buying a Ruark radio. Always a friendly visit, item not in the shop but ordered from stock and arrived for collection next day. Also got good advice about some Sonos speakers I was interested in. Thanks

As always, Richer Sounds had a great price for the DAB radio I wanted. It was just a simple click and collect this time but still nice to be greeted by such friendly staff, though.

I have bought many TVs from you and wouldnt go anywhere else. People I speak to are always very knowledgeable of the product which very often has a six year extended guarantee for added piece of mind. A great product range for choice, delivery on time and back up support from a real person. Thanks Richer Sounds look forward to using you again soon for a hifi upgrade.

Jay explained my options for a replacement hi-Fi system and arranged a demo so I could listen before I bought. The equipment is good quality, brands I know and it was delivered the next day.

I’ve been a long time supporter of Richer, having purchased my original HiFi separates from them 30+ years ago. Going back to the Brighton store was still a fantastic experience.

The guys that delivered the TV to my client were absolutely amazing and very helpful.

I purchase all of our music tech at Richer Sounds who never cease to offer great advice. They are always honest and help to steer me in the right direction to get the best option for the best price. Their 6 year guarantee also provides peace of mind when buying electronic equipment which could be expensive to fix further down the line if it fails. I always recommend this business to friends and family for their AV purchases.

From first contact with Jay at Brighton Shop Richer Sounds did what I had hoped for. His advice on the choice of TV was detailed and accurate for I checked it with Which Magazine for accuracy!
At each stage of the purchase it was smooth and helpful including the use of their recommended Installer Jo who completed the job on time and explained fully how it works simply Well done again.

Great service. Matched price 5 days after I had made my purchase. The price was already competitive.

Great products, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. It seems a happy workplace, which is where I like to spend my money.

Went in to get some decent RCA leads, for which they couldn’t find the one I wanted, but then I spotted it on display and they were happy to sell that one to me. Nice and flexible.

the man I spoke to answered every question I had

Great service from Nik at the Brighton store! During their shop refit he was still able to fit in a couple of demos out back, and did his best to help me come to the right decision, at the best possible price, when buying a new streaming amp. The Maranntz PM7000N is great, by the way!

My first contact was via phone with my fairly long list of questions about the latest FreeSat recorder boxes patiently answered - and this was on a Sunday afternoon. They were very helpful and having decided to go ahead and buy one, they sent me a link to pay online and I was able to drive to their shop in Brighton to collect it. Being able to buy and collect on a Sunday was a bonus as I was able to park behind the shop, in one of the 'pay at meter' parking spaces.

THE SERVICE AND INFORMATION GIVEN BY TOBY TO AN OLD MAN WAS EXCELLENT

Came into the store with a query about record players for DJing, and was given clear advice by staff. Suggestions were made as to what I should look for and was sold items at great value and with a small discount. Fantastic service. Delivery service offered but the store were extremely accommodating for collection the next day.

I gave five stars because staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable about their products and will recommend my friends and family to go there and buy there great products
