Damaged phone case
I bought a phone case more than a year ago. It started to bend from daily usage, and i couldnt even fit it on my phone normally anymore. I wrote to Rhinoshield and they responded very fast and said they will replace it free of charge. The customer service is a 10/10.

Completely misleading on delivery times!
Apparently in Rhinoshield’s logic 'shipping' only starts once a certain ‚processing time‘ has passed…
In my case I received an order confirmation where I had also paid an ‚express shipping fee‘ of EUR 13,- on my EUR 78,- order on 03 July and then received an email on 08 July that ‚shipping‘ would start ‚soon‘, which with 1-3 days shipping should then at least have guaranteed delivery at the very latest by 12 July and NOT ONLY - as was then advised in a follow up email - between 14-16 July' - being 11-13 days AFTER I placed my order and paid for said ‚express delivery - within 1-3 business days‘ - A COMPLETE JOKE!
I told RS that they will want to make sure delivery times are stated a lot more clearly (when anyone orders something with 'express shipping fee, 1-3 business days‘, the expectation would ALWAYS be that 'shipping' actually starts latest the following day and not that any kind of administrative issues only make 'shipping' start way later…
I would have expected Rhinoshield to at least refund my 'express shipping' fee but that was denied…

As our support team mentioned, the estimated shipping time of 1–3 business days refers to the transit time after processing and any warehouse transfers, which we outline in both our Shipping Policy page and order confirmation email. That said, we recognize that this may not have been as clear as it should be, and we appreciate your feedback.
We'll be reviewing how we communicate delivery expectations to make things clearer going forward.

Mi experiencia no fue genial, como me han sugerido que titule. La persona con la que hablé era amable, pero no supo darme una respuesta satisfactoria.
Ya estoy harta de rellenar sus encuestas, cuando mi problema siguen sin resolverlo. El tema es la devolución que hice de un artículo, les llegó el día 26/7/25 al almacén, pero no me comentan nada. Lo sé porque hago el seguimiento del envío. Espero noticias y el reembolso.
