Ordered 2 remote controls on 6th Jan 2023 system took order and payment but did not quote order number, just a message stating email would be sent with details. Not had any email by 09/01/2023 contacted Remote Control Express on 02033188218 and spoke with a french lady who advised complete form on their website and they will trace order. Completed web form twice still no information sent. Telephoned again on 10/01/2023 and spoke to the same french person who took my email address and she contact me directly by email. Still no contact after 4 days of placing the order . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY SEEMS LIKE A SCAM OUTFIT.

Back In Business
Ordered a couple of Novoferm 502 remotes and received them within the week. Not bad considering they had to travel from Europe into the UK. Unfortunately, Customs had opened the package & not sealed it up again properly. The remotes were intact though and were easy to program so we're back in business.

Think twice before you place an order…
Think twice before you place an order from this company. I had issue with both the remotes I order and they insisted that there was nothing wrong and blamed my motor for been defective (even if it woks totally fine with the control I have today). So I send them back, unfortuantly they got lost and I forgot to ask for the tracking nr (be aware that they don't write this is the extensive guarantee procedur) so I have paid for some thing that didn't work, that I haved to spend time on going through this non cusomter friendly process, pay for the transport and now here I'm with no remote controls after 3 months and lost over 100 Euros. Do you think they even bother help me? Of course not since everything is my falut.

You have reported to us that the new remote controls you received only work on short range.
While this sort of issue can be due to a malfunction on a given remote control, the fact that both of the remote controls you have received had the same problem suggests that it is more likely an interference problem.
In such instance, adding extra-antenna to your receiver is the most effective workaround. You can find more information on interference issues through the following link:

Ordered some remotes and they never…
Ordered some remotes and they never arrived. I was given a refund for the first order and then ordered again. Paid extra for delivery and their site clearly states that this is 24 hours. Myremotes never arrived in 72 hours let alone 24. I repeated emailed and asked for an update first then a refund for the express delivery which never arrived on time. My item was eventually delivered a week later and I asked for my refund and was told that it would be processed and then was told that I had to wait until delivery date had passed. The delivery date has come and gone and I have requested a refund and was told that their system wont allow them to give a refund because the items were successfully delivered or Paypal blocks their attempt to refund me the delivery charges. It amazes me how this company will risk its reputation for the sake of £15. There customer service is appalling and I would recommend you do not order from this company. Bare in mind that this company is based overseas and the items are always delayed so how they can advertise 24 hour delivery is beyond me. If you look at some of the negative reviews below (one in June this year) they state "Thank you for your comment. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

The remotes did not work as they were advertised,
I have not used them because they don,t copy or sink,
I even had the garage door engineer come and have a look but still no luck.
