Recliner Collection Arvostelua 

The recliner chair we ordered came on time and was assembled within minutes. It is very comfortable and is everything as advertised. The company kept us up to date with order very professionally. Very pleased with service provided. Would highly recommend.

Very well installed,however they wanted me to go down four flights of stairs to collect and carry it up.At 82 years of age not very sensible.The box was not removed and is still on the outside landing.

I am over the moon with my new Shelborne leather recliner. It looks fantastic and so so comfortable 😁 it is made to a high standard and lives up completely to the online descriptions I read before buying. From ordering through to delivery everything was seamless 👌👏

Absolutely brilliant. Bought a leather reciner/riser. It was a lot of money do I was apprehensive about buying on line. Had a phone call the day after buying it. Delivery was on the day they said. The chair is gorgeous. Very very pleased

The service I received was amazing.

The chair itself is amazing and ordering was so easy, the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The delivery was good, but due to the nature of the product being sold, they are / could well be, dealing with elderly or chronically ill people, taking delivery.
There would be three improvements to be made.

One -
They could be in less of a hurry.
My Father took delivery and is still active and good health, with Advanced Prostate Cancer, but still felt rushed, and like it was a whirlwind of a delivery.

Two -
The Delivery tracker could give a map, to indicate where they are, as it only said 5th delivery, however, we didn't have a starting point, non did it count down, so I couldn't be there.

Three -
On the chair controller, the writing is so small and is written in Blue on a Green background, so makes it incredibly difficult for any age to read, and again given the nature of who the chair is designed for, I would have thought this would be clearly marked.

Excellent communication all the way from time of order to time of delivery.

Leather Lift Recliner in Tan. I saw my product on the website and requested a swatch which arrived within 2 days. The chair appeared to match my existing DFS Leather Suite. I placed the order with 10 day 2 man delivery, the delivery was within 10 days and the men arrived early in the morning and quickly assembled the chair. Because I was not able to visit a showroom I was allowed to test the item before accepting it. I appreciated that because the men were on a tight timescale. The chair does match my existing suite and works well, its comfortable and the heating is very nice. Im not sold on the massaging but it may grow on me. One downside is that this chair does require 1 metre of space behind it to fully recline.

So pleased with the riser/recliner chair as is making life much easier for me. Very comfortable and enjoying finding out all the different things it can do. Great value for money.

Delighted with my chair. Great communication from the very beginning with the two gentlemen who delivered and set up the chair for me were very helpful, polite and on time. The chair is very comfortable and easy to use. I am delighted with the whole experience and would definitely recommend the chair and Company to my friends and family.

Comfortable enough but remotes available are not that clear.Very disappointed that there is no instrution manual available, would have thought twice asbout purchasing.We'll see how long it lasts.

excellent customer service, helpful when choosing chair, then very good regarding updates re delivery. we did have an issue with chair being damaged on arrival, presumably damaged in transit. Called to advise of issue, and matter was resolved within minutes. would definitely recommend.

Reasonable price. Extremely competent two person delivery.

We ordered our two now chairs without any hassle no salesmen involved they were delivered as promised by two man crew who put them together and instructed on their use.
We are very happy with the chairs they are comfortable and make life a little easier also the massage and heat options are good for the Arthritis.

Thanks for your reply on my review. You have offered a refund on the bases that I arrange delivery back to yourself at my own expense. This is unfair as there is a manufacturing error with the product, as explained the buttons on the recliner chair have been programmed incorrectly. The button that should recline the chair in actual fact rises it and vice versa.

Company informed me immediately after purchase with a thank you and delivery times 5-10 working days chair was delivered on the 10th working day a bit disappointed it took so long as it was needed badly only only wish there was a means of paying extra to have chair delivered quicker. Delivery was free in all fairness chair functions well thank you.

Very happy with chair looks good and is comfortable. Only one small problem I keep switching controls on the arm on accidentally, would have liked to get a instruction manual on correct use of this.

Everything went extremely well, excellent communications from Recliner Collection to Courier who delivered and installed the chair. Could not wish for better communications. The reason I have only given a 4 star is that the chair did not come with any instructions on how to operate especially in relation to the massager and heater
