Excellent quality recliner chair. Plush, comfy and exactly as described. The heat and massage are great, much more efficient than I was expecting for such a good price. Delivery was also well communicated and prompt.

The chair itself is fine . The delivery
drivers were not . We are both disabled and had to persuade them to set it up. They didn’t appear to understand much English . The final thing was they never wiped their feet , so we consequently had mud all over our carpet

Fantastic service from start to finish, spoke to a gentleman regarding a query I had about the chair, he was very helpful and found the answer for me within a couple of minutes, I went ahead and booked online, within minutes of placing my order I received a telephone call from the gentleman to say that my order had been received and he explained the procedure from there.
I received the chair exactly a week later, I received a telephone call from the delivery company the day before to say when it would be arriving and then an email the same day as the call with a three-hour slot, I then received a telephone call half an hour before the chair arrived, the delivery gentleman were very respectful taking their shies off on entering the property, the chair was put together very swiftly and checked over, the chair is nicer than expected and so comfortable, overall a fantastic service from start to finish I would highly recommend.

This company could not be more helpful and I really needed help. Nothing was too much and any issues I had encountered with other companies were no problem. I ordered two items that were despatched and delivered very fast. Ecstatically happy!

It was a very good experience. From the date of ordering to delivery was very quick. It was all done so efficiently that i was very impressed. The tracker was brilliant I knew exactly where the van was and when it would arrive. I have had my chair for a week and it is so comfortable. The massage and heat is really helping my back.

The whole process, from choosing my chair online & requesting a fabric sample (which arrived very quickly) to delivery, was straightforward and efficient. The staff I spoke to were helpful & friendly & I was kept informed of progress at all stages by email, txt or tel call.

I absolutely love the chair delivery went smoothly and delivery team was excellent. The chair is amazing so many different massage options and 3 heat options when you operate the lift and recline it is really quiet. All in all fantastic
