Jag fick min beställning
Jag valde att hämta mitt paket hos UPS ombud för att vara säker på att varan skulle levereras istället för att UPS skulle leverera den hos mig. UPS strular oftast med hemleveranser.

Ordered Christmas presents on 2 December. Nothing around by 16th so contacted customer service who took details and then emailed me to say they were opening an investigation with UPS the courier to find out where shipment was. I said this was unacceptable as contained gifts so whilst they were investigating could they please just re ship them as I was going to be left without some key gifting items. I had spent a total of circa £500. I asked to speak to a manager in the call centre twice and was told no one was an available but someone would call me back in 24-48 hours. No call was ever returned. Just got emails. Over the years I have spent £1000s with this brand. Experience was absolutely dire. No presents. No call back. An email with a 15% discount code and then a subsequent email to say that they were refunding my £. I didn’t want the discount or the refund. I understand that things go wrong sometimes but good brands use this as an opportunity to further solidify their customer’s loyalty by going over and above to put it right. It is a real shame to see such a great brand behaving in this way. Ultimately it will be your fall from grace and deservedly so if not rectified. But in me you have lost a loyal customer of many years.

Virkelig dårlig kundeservice. Hvis jeg kunne give en nul stjerner ville jeg gøre det. Ralph Lauren har altid ønsket at udstråle eksklusivitet og klasse men lever ikke op til det med deres egen service.Blot et enkelt eksempel:
1. Jeg bestiller en trøje som er på udsalg og helt tilfældigt er den udsolgt. 2. Et par dage senere får jeg en mail om at den er på lager igen og 3. jeg bestiller den og får en købsbekræftelse og ordrebekræftelse på mail. 4. Derefter går der en uge og da den skal leveres får jeg på ny at vide at den alligevel er udsolgt og mit køb er annulleret. Dette på trods af at jeg allerede har fået en ordrebekræftelse og køb bekræftelse.
Det virker som om de ikke har styr på deres kundeservice og lager-beholdning.
Hvad værre er er de ikke i stand til at give en undskyldning.

Ralph Lauren er langtfra den tjekkede og eksklusive stil de ønsker at udgive sig for.

À cause de leur collaboration avec les « livreurs » UPS qui ne livrent pas, sont impossibles de contacter, égarent les colis etc, je ne passerai plus aucune commande sur le site de Ralph Lauren.

I have tried to order children Ripstop Jacket twice now, as this has been number one wish from my daughter for a while. First time everything in the webshop went well - and I paid and got my order confirmation. When we received the item it turned out be too small, so we returned. We ordered in XL anmd got
An order confirmation. The day after I got a message - that it wasn’t in stock anyway, so my order would be cancelled. Naturally my daughter was very sad. That whole day, after the out of stuck message, the item was still shown as available in the webshop (used different computer and IP). I wrote to support - and that’s a longer story. Then some days after it was available in the right size but different color. I orderered immediately and everything seemed fine. I also ordered express delivery. The day before expected delivery I got a mail that the shipment was slightly delayed and the item would be sent as soon as available. So my suspicion was that it’s not available and I got that message three days after order. Communications to support doesn’t give any replies. And then I was asked to rate the jacket 🫣 later today two days after expected delivery- I got the message that it’s out of stock. One of the worst costumer experiences I have had - from companies which saw as premium. So now another disappointment passed on to my daughter. RL you

Chino für 179 Euro bestellt, fusselt nach 1x tragen. Reklamation war dermaßen aufwendig und kompliziert.
Fazit: Sehr treuer, miese Qualität

I returned the shirt - but everything ist complicated - now they claim, that they did not get any feedback from the supplier about the delivery - after 3 month - No refund

Attention: Fraud! - they made me send back my shirt, but I never got any refund.

Never will I buy from Ralph Lauren again, total rip off, accepted my credit note for £100.00 but shirts too small, returned but would not give be me my credit note back!! Shocking

Having queued at the checkout for nearly 10 minutes with only 1 scalper being served in front of me along with someone asking lots of customer service related questions i wad then asked if I had a discount card.
Given I shop lots at RL I was expecting to be registered.
Turns out I wasn’t for some reason.

No 20/25% discount for me then.

I bet the scalpers got their discount.

Excellent experience! I bought a hoodie for my son. Came on time and delivery was fast, as described. It is not cheap but at least it comes really fast (and that doesn’t happen with many brands. I would only suggest a better sizing description (perhaps items measurements) to facilitate the choice.

Shipped as estimated on the website and arrived on time. Product as described and expected.

Had to pay for express shipping even though the website said multiple times that my order qualified for free shipping. Package was delayed three times and missed a birthday for which the clothes were ordered. Not nice when customer service confirmed that the order would be delivered before the requested date. Customer service is currently totally unresponsive.

My order number is 70050821**.

The website clearly states that shipping is free. However, at checkout you'll be charged for shipping. That is all fine when shipping goes as planned, not when you pay for one day delivery and customer service by email and telephone tell you that every consecutive day the package would arrive. I waited for five days, had to take two days vacation.

Thing can go wrong everywhere and that is fine. How customer service handles the situation is then what counts. Customer service is outsourced to a call center where operators do not speak English as their first language, have a very strong accent and are difficult to understand. They are utterly useless because they don't do anything and just miraculously hope that your package arrives.

Customer service is not brand worthy.

What an Absolute Disgrace this Customer Care is,based in South Africa might I add!!
I have no printer(which apparently is a must for this Shambles of a Business!!)
You have to print off your own label!
They don’t tell you that when you’re spending upwards of Hundereds of Pounds on their ever so expensive products!!
They are useless!

Handla absolut inte av detta företag på nätet. Jag trodde jag var utsatt för ett blufföretag eftersom inget hände. Fick tillbaka pengarna efter 15 mail och väntan i 2 månader.

This review is in 2 parts.
1 The order process was easy, delivery prompt, the shoes were stunning and for RL a good price. I have very slim feet and their shoes fit perfectly. I can't fault the quality of the shoes
2. As I ordered 3 pairs of shoes, I needed to send 2 pairs back. The returns process isn't straight forward. The online bit is easy enough, however if you want UPS to collect they charge you for the privilege.
I contacted RL customer service to complain that not anywhere on their website does it state about this charge. The call handler was not at all interested in what I had to say, she was sullen and sounded like she had just got out of bed. Her customer service was non existence. She did book a collection but I still had to pay the driver on collection. Its outrageous that we have be pay to send back unwanted items. Its a money making exercise. It makes you think twice about ordering again.
