Prompt delivery and very happy with the packs. Although product assembly is not particularly difficult, some instructions in the package would have saved me some head-scratching!

Vastaus yritykseltä RAJAPACK UK
Hi
Thank you for getting in contact. I am truly sorry for the delay in response to your email. Upon receipt of your Trust pilot, I located your email and established that the contact type you used was incorrectly filtered. This means it was no longer visible in the main inbox, causing the delay you have experienced. I appreciate you getting in contact, as we would not have been aware of this automatically.
I have allocated your case to one of our senior agents to assist you further on this matter. I can see that they have attempted to contact you and have left a voicemail in your absence. Kindly contact him at your earliest convenience that we may offer a resolution to this case.
Many Thanks,
Chantel

Nothing to do with the company its self just choice of delivery company and there poor performance, my package was left in a corridor for hotel guests and could have been taken by anyone, the receptionist at Raja did look into the delivery and report back to me.
