RAJAPACK UK Arvostelua 

This is a complicated one, I ordered a few things from Rajapack, mostly stationary but also some plastic storage crates. Everything arrived quickly but the lids of 3 of the crates had been damaged in transit. Rajapack customer services were super helpful and shipped 3 new crates to me immediately. Sadly, only 2 of them arrived and again the lids were both broken. I went back to the company and again, they couldn't have been more supportive. They repacked some more crates and delivered them, this time successfully (they even offered to collect the broken crates). It's 4/5 because of the issues with delivery but the customer service was excellent, I would buy from them again as a result.

Prompt delivery and very happy with the packs. Although product assembly is not particularly difficult, some instructions in the package would have saved me some head-scratching!

Months of errors, failed collections — now threatened with legal action

I have been trying to resolve problems with RAJAPACK for months following repeated errors with my orders, including being supplied with the wrong size bags.

The unwanted goods have been made available for collection as instructed, but collections have repeatedly failed. The boxes are still sitting in the safe place RAJAPACK was told to collect them from. I have a chronic illness and have explained that I cannot continually lift and move heavy boxes because collection arrangements have not been made correctly.

I have also repeatedly received invoices connected with this ongoing dispute. I was specifically told by a member of staff, Chantel, to ignore the invoices being generated by the accounts department while matters were being dealt with. The difficulty with doing that is that an outstanding account can then result in subsequent orders being held.

I eventually submitted a formal complaint setting out the history and the problems I had experienced. Despite that, the underlying dispute has still not been resolved.

On 15 September I received an email from RAJAPACK’s Credit Manager stating that my account, which they say has an outstanding balance of £615.96, is due to be passed to their legal team because of the “age of the debt” and warning of possible further action and costs.

This is particularly frustrating when the age of this situation is precisely the problem: I have been trying to get RAJAPACK to resolve it for months.

I have retained the emails, invoices and evidence relating to the incorrect goods, collection arrangements, failed collections and my formal complaint.

I have never objected to paying for goods that I legitimately ordered, received and retained. What I object to is an unresolved dispute arising from repeated errors and failed collections being allowed to continue for months and then escalating into a threat of legal action.

I would expect RAJAPACK to investigate my formal complaint and the documented history of this account before threatening legal proceedings.

Beckie is fantastic! We ordered from Rajapack, and I received a notification the next day that the courier had attempted delivery. I knew that this was not the case because someone is at the property at all times and we have cameras. I called Rajapack rather annoyed, expecting to spend some time in a hold queue, before being transferred to an overseas call centre, as happens with most other customer service lines. To my surprise, the call was answered immediately by Beckie, who was sharp as a tack. She immediately investigated the problem and, while we were still speaking, sent me the ‘attempted delivery’ photo. Using Google Maps, we confirmed that the location shown clearly wasn’t within a mile of the delivery address. Beckie confirmed that she would contact the courier company directly, arrange delivery as soon as possible, make clear that the driver’s conduct was unacceptable, and ask them to investigate because this did not appear to have been a genuine delivery attempt. This was exactly the response I was looking for. It is refreshing to encounter someone so on the ball. Beckie is a determined problem-solver and a real asset to the company.

First time user, website easy to use, items ordered were also on special offer. My boxes were quickly delivered and came well packaged.
Boxes arrived flat packed, and were easy to assemble. The boxes are great quality and comes exactly as described from their website.
Overall great quality product at an excellent price. I will certainly use this firm again.

I've been trying for 3 years to be taken off their mailing list. Returned all snail mail flyers, spoke to them but still the stuff keeps coming. Beware, once snagged you will not get rid of them. This is nothing to do with the product but if they cannot even update a mailing list then you have to wonder about their customer service. Very frustrating,

Although a mistake was made with regards to Rajapak’s order system, Becki Baldwin dealt with it so quickly efficiently and politely that I was able to accept it was accidental.
Her pleasant manner and apology really helped the situation, offering excellent customer service, without which I would have cancelled my order because I needed it by Tuesday 5th at the latest.

We've been using Rajapack for our warehouse supplies for many years now. The service from Rajapack as a company, has always been prompt. Our account manager Beckie has always been polite, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. My recent order from Rajapack was misplaced by their carrier. Beckie worked tirelessly to arrange for a replacement order to be sent out straight away.

I spoke to Becky asking for an invoice to support our order placed last month. Unlike many suppliers, it was no problem at all and a delivery note was provided too. Very impressed with the immediate service by Becky.

I ordered the black magnetic boxes from Raja pack and they were absolutely beautiful!
They looked great in the photo but even better in person. I had an issue with my delivery which was no fault of Raja but the customer service agent Craig dealt with my issue efficiently and called back when he said he would. His customer service was exceptional, thank you Craig. One thing you at least want from a company is one that deals with your issues quickly & they defiantly did. I would definitely recommend & will be using them again in the future!

The delivery company used by Raja Uk severely let them down. The courier lied about attempting delivery several times despite never approaching my property.
This left me without packaging for orders at the busiest time of year.

Customer service were helpful but it required several emails and phone calls before a replacement order was sent to me.

However now I am being hounded to pay for this replacement order, despite being told it would be complimentary (in writing) which I’ve told Raja Uk and yet I’m still being chased and threatened with ‘action’.

I’ve sent more emails on this topic and this frustration has led to this review being posted.

I ordered from RAJA UK and later called on 3rd December to cancel my order. A team member assured me it would be cancelled and a full refund would be issued. I was told to expect a confirmation email ,but that never came. Since then, I’ve sent multiple follow-up emails, including one on the following Monday and again recently to Kelly Guy. I haven’t received a single response.

After a very shaky start with our packing stations, they are now our main provider for packaging.

Very quick to respond to issues, and updated on items.

After the start, I never thought we would use them again, but their service really has been second to none. We all make mistakes, its how you deal with it that counts! Highly recommended.

Be very careful when buying from this website.
Their product pages and checkout are extremely misleading. I ordered cardboard boxes that were advertised as a “Pack of 10”, but when you add the item to the basket, the website shows “PACK QUANTITY 10” above the quantity selector — and the quantity is also set to 10.

The way this is displayed makes it look like you are buying 10 packs of 10, i.e., 100 boxes. Instead, they only send one single pack of 10, meaning the price is effectively triple what many other suppliers charge.

Because of this confusing layout, I now have to pay out of pocket to return the item — which feels unfair given how unclear the website is.

Very disappointing experience and would not recommend unless they improve their product descriptions and checkout layout.

where to start..we placed an order and received an email from DX claiming they'll deliver the following day. They didn't (we sat here until 6pm waiting, when we could have closed at 4pm). Tried chatting with Raja through online chat (total waste of time) - after waiting for over 12 mins with no response online, we called them. After a 9 minute call during which we were placed on hold whilst the operator allegedly called DX to find out where our delivery was, we were told it was going to be another 24 hours before we receive it. Absolutely amateur service, with no comms. As per usual with all these useless over funded companies, ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - and always left to the customer to do the chasing!! NOT HAPPY.

Very bad service from Raja Pack, I never experience this match Traeshon to deal with customer service and the delivery arrangements. We have placed order on this 22nd October still we haven’t received the delivery or the refund back to us.. we have complained so many times to the sales office manager Rebecca, she always promise something she can’t keep it promised. Very unreliable company please avoid them. There are plenty more online companies they are much cheaper than Raja Pack.
Even if we call no answer at all.

The phone was answered by Beckie at Raja QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY.
She found what I wanted and the best options.
Order was placed and arrived the following working day.

These couriers are a joke! Dangerous drivers! One of your couriers nearly caused me to crash this morning by obstructing me from moving into another lane ignored my indicator, when I blasted my horn the idiot decided to slam on, bare im mind this was 3.30am! No other cars in other lanes, nor in front of him! This is being now reported to the police! These clowns need shutting down and taking off the road! I even stopped further up, had he of been big enough to stop- the driver would of been taking a ride in ambulance! Absolute idiot. ( im wording politely!)
