I had a 100% positive experience with QVC customer service. There was a question about the delivery of my item, so I called in and my call was taken quickly. It was really nice to have my call answered by someone who called me by name– yes I know the name pops up on the screen but still – and I spoke with three different associates and they all were extremely pleasant. I felt they genuinely cared about my issue. The issue was resolved in a positive way, but I just wanted to comment on how great the customer service associates are!

Purchased a Samsung A17 TracFone that includes 4500, Minutes, 4500 text, Data and 1 year service. Got the phone, transfered the phone number and service from my old Tracfone to my new phone and transfered EVERYTHING to my new phone, included photos, apps that included all my emails etc. The new phone did receive the phone number and became my current TracFone and made calls BUT when I went to TracFone app, it did NOT show the 4500 mins it text or the 1 year of service. It showed 134 minutes which is what I had before (and the reason I bought the phone). I texted balance to TracFone and same 134 minutes. Call to QVC says it does include those minutes but can't explain why not showing up. I asked if they could call TracFone, NO. Call to TracFone said phone does NOT indicate any minutes included and my balance was 134 minutes.
You figure one would talk to the other, but NO. The only thing QVC said was return it. Well, I spent over 8 hours doing the transfer and then deleting personal info before I return.
Terrible terrible. False advertising and I should be compensated!!!

Placed an order and they said delivery by June 12 2026 on June 15 I pulled up my account and it says delivery in process for June 12. When I called Qvc no one could tell me when my order will ship. I know it's a vendor problem but Qvc does not communicate anything about my order. Very poor customer service. Will not be ordering from them again this has happened with some of my orders.

If I could use -0- as a rating I definitely would. QVC OUTLET is a scam! I ordered 4 camp chairs on April 26, 2026 and never received them. I contacted the company and they told me they had been delivered. They said they were signed for and I needed to go to USPS because it said the product was delivered on May 24 which is a Sunday. USPS has no record of delivery and needs the tracking number in able to research the delivery l. which I have been unable to get, nor will they send me the signature of the person that received them. . I’ve been going back-and-forth via email and they want to give me 5% refund. The date they said they were delivered was May 24, and nothing Sunday. We have cameras and went back and looked and nothing or no one came to our door on that day I keep fighting with them about getting a full refund or at least getting the chairs to know prevail. Looks like the product came from China, which they say they are from the United States. It’s a total scam please, please do not order from these people.

Severe Quality Control and Hazardous On-Air Product Misrepresentation

As a viewer and consumer of this network, I am deeply concerned by the lack of factual accuracy and safety protocols regarding Homeworx by Slatkinandco home fragrance and skincare inventory. During recent broadcasts highlighting premium lotions and candles, the product specialist Mrs.Jennifer C. consistently delivered highly crude and unappealing product descriptions that cheapen the inventory, such as repeatedly describing a premium lotion formulation as feeling like "baby's butt skin."

More alarmingly, the host issued hazardous usage instructions that directly compromise consumer product safety, explicitly claiming on-air that she operates these glass-jar candles continuously for 16 hours a day ("16/7"). This contradicts her previous on-air instructions where she recommended an 8-hour burn limit while broadcasting at her computer station. Industry manufacturing guidelines and national fire safety protocols strictly mandate a 3-to-4-hour maximum burn time to prevent catastrophic glass fracturing, flare-ups, and property damage. Handing out shifting, reckless instructions that encourage consumers to bypass standard safety labels printed on the products is a major liability. Management needs to pull the logs and enforce strict compliance. I will be withholding my retail dollars from this network until their marketing aligns with safe manufacturing standards.Be safe and know before you buy. Don’t rely on product specialist JC which should know better but recklessly does so to get us to buy. Please Don’t burn any candle longer than 4 hours and never leave unattended.

I'm just a little aggravated. It is June 8th and it is my birthday and they're advertising these zodiac pendants J 464601 and I was going to order the Gemini but they haven't mentioned it at all. They've mentioned every other zodiac sign but the zodiac sign that is relevant right now they have just skipped over. Sorry guys that's just dumb

No problem in ordering. Product came ahead of time. The product I bought was My Grandma’s Coffee Cake. First, expensive for what u get. Taste, full of sugar. Bland. Limited blueberries with no taste of the or cinnamon. I make a sour crème coffee cake that is sooooo much better.

I've bought a several things recently. Everything has been as advertised. If one is an attentive shopper, there are tremendous deals once in a while, particularly electronics, gadgets, and such. I've had a package stolen from my front door and they've already replaced it, no questions asked. My neighbor stopped by a while back the day I was ordering a laptop/printer deal. When the office called to tell me I had a delivery, I went down to pick it up. There was an extra identical box. She had gone directly home that day to order for herself, and we're both very happy. The only caveat would be to look at what you're buying. If you're dumb enough to pay $25/lb for chicken, that's on you.

Attitude of lady really condescending, when I didn't understand something she just kept repeating it and wouldn't let me explain what I didn't understand and kept interrupting. Didn't get confirmation email of order cancellation even though I have been getting several emails about everything else. When I asked for confirmation email she said it was automatic and sometimes the system doesn't do it !! won't be using QVC again

I'm beyond DISGUSTED with QVC right now.
I'm a customer since 2008 and now they treat me like I'm trying to scam them. I sent back an item 6 months ago and now they claim they never received it and actually charged me for it. I called and they want proof I send it back 6 months later. What???
I don't keep the send back receipts that long. And if they never received it as they claim how come they didn't charge me 6 months ago. I have spent a lot of money on QVC. Talked to 2 supervisors and they said they would escalate it to corporate. Still didn't get a refund. Supervisors not friendly and understanding at all. So now don't now if I ever get my money back. Because they want to show me proof from 6 months ago.

I placed my first and last order on this website, they are horrible, they canceled my order, probably because they didn't have as much units of the product in stock, then proceeded to delete my account all together, I'm never buying from them ever again, absolute trash.

It’s fine buying from QVC and as they say you have 60 days to return AT YOUR EXPENSE which from experience can be pretty expensive and not necessarily comparable with the original postage

I ordered a Susan graver tankini swim top,used my qvc card and easy pay.I received a plain navy T-shirt.Wrong item.Returned item and now have email telling me that since it(not even correct item)was on easy pay they are billing me in installments then will refund .Why am I being charged for the item I never received.i should have had the charge reversed,but chris chat rep just goes back to see your account

I don’t know exactly what happened to this company that used to be very customer oriented but it has gone way down hill. You used to order a product and you received it within the week, now it takes 3-5 days just to ship it. It takes another 10 days to get it. This has happened more then once so if you order don’t expect it for an occasion that is soon. It actually costs you to try a product so if it doesn’t fit, not as described or any product that they push with total exaggeration then you may get a refund but you DO NOT get your shipping back and you pay $6.95 at the lowest price to ship it back so essentially it costs almost $11 to try a product if not more. No wonder they are losing to Amazon and other retailers. Hosts are not like they used to be either. I have to say I’ve been a qvc customer since it’s conception and I am just about finished.

I will never purchase from QVC ever again. I bought Clark's cloudstepper sandals from qvc. I have to have this brand because they're made for people that have problem feet. I ordered them in black. It took them two weeks to actually ship my package. I was so excited to get my sandals. Upon opening the box, they were not black, they were beige, they were not even the same style, and they were completely different brand. So basically, they didn't have my sandals that I ordered, so they decided to just send me some random. Pair of sandals that are not even the same brand, style, or color that I ordered. If that isn't bad enough, when I called customer service they couldn't be more flat. No apologies, no excuses, no attempts to replace. They told me they send me a shipping label to send them back. So now, I have to figure out how to print a shipping label which I don't have a printer. So now I have to go somewhere to have it printed. I don't drive because I'm disabled. So now I have to pay for an Uber to a place to print the shipping label. I have to stand in line for however long it takes to get it printed. Now I have to get another Uber to The UPS Store. Stand in line for however long it takes for them to scan it in. Then they have to hail another Uber home. That's about $40 in Ubers. And about a half a day of running around. Not to mention, that I'm not supposed to be standing or walking for more than 2 minutes at a time due to my disability. But they didn't care anything about any of that. And that was the manager. She was rude, flat and unbothered. Never again will I order from qvc. And I will post this comment anywhere and everywhere I can think of online so others can see what I went through. All for something that was their doing. I'm not going to call the mistake because mistakes are unintentional. They willfully sent me the wrong item because they didn't want to give me my money back when what I ordered was no longer in stock. But the website said that it was. Just done!
