If you purchase something YOU WILL get bombarded with 100's if not 1000's of emails.
You cannot unsubscribe as its says there is an error, so I have called them several times and it still happens.
I purchased several years ago and its still goes on and on and on. I wish I had never come across this company. By far the worst I have dealt with and all to save £5 againt the price of Argos. NEVER AGAIN, ITS JUST NOT WORTH IT. Update 31st July 2026 called and spoke to Mike about the hundreds of emails im receiving and was told a member of the CEO team will call me about my issues and its now been over 3 days and nothing. What a incompetent company.

I am missing a parcel and the communication I’ve received is nothing. I am really disappointed with the communication I’ve not received. I’ve had to ring Customer Service 4 times to ask where my parcel is and each time I’ve been given a different answer.

They sold me a refurbished 2020Mac Air advertised as “new” for 1100.00. It came with a dysfunctional battery, so I returned it paying 89.00 to have it insured and returned. They refused to accept it, and sent it back. After hours on the phone with customer service, where the exasperated supervisor finally took my call unsuccessfully tried to blame me, the Apple Store where they confirmed the machine was worth 250.00, and UPS. What a nightmare. Never again. I hope this company folds, and soon.

Not sure what's going on with QVC lately, but their product information and descriptions have become very poor. Sizes are missing on clothing, colours on cosmetics and weight/fragrances on skincare products. This is very frustrating when looking to purchase goods, especially when there's no video presentation available either.

$69.98 for 3lbs. Corky BB ribs? Please........ I can get 3 racks of meaty babyback ribs for $35 at Aldi depending on the rack size. That's where I'll get mine. QVC you prices are unaffordably ridiculous for food.

What is happening to some of these hosts one for instance Amy stran all she does is laugh through all her segments, which is getting to be extremely annoying. Can she tone it down a little?

Well been with them over 15years not sure any more called bec it used to tell you if were true to size not any more read about 10reicews with every body complaining. On size being large spoke to service on phone and to be honest the guy said never had any one mention size but yet your people have replied back to shoppers. Well this is not true don’t they want to get info from shoppers maybe that’s why follks are leaving disaponted

After my order was placed and went through I received a message two days later that my order was cancelled. No reason. No explanation.

QVC should be ashamed! They charge you $3.50 to ship you a clothing item that weighs nothing, then $6.95 to return it to them when it doesn't fit!!! Over $10.00 thrown out the window. I have no idea how they stay in business, but it's clear why they are not BBB rated, they would fail miserably. I'll never purchase another item from them.

They tell you an item is on sale. So, you buy it. All the sudden, it’s not available and you’re on a waiting list. One day you think: ‘I wonder where we are with this being delivered.’ You log into your account and you see that your order has actually been canceled. No email, notice, text…nothing. This has happened to me several times with them within the last year.

Customer service needs to advise you if you return something you will be charged, nothing was statedin my phone conversation. Will not order again

Low quality products that did not match their description. There’s no one available to answer phone calls and issues. I’m very turned off because I trusted QVC’s quality standards. Now I realize their brand has lost its value to me. Time for QVC to shut it down. Sad to watch.

Bought one of those denim and co denim jackets material felt different from the last one I bought.so I returned it. It cost me £4.95 for qvc to post to me but £2.95 for me to return it. Won't be buying anything else from qvc.

Really terrible - sent wrong product 3 times

First time: got the quantity and product wrong
Second time: got the quantity wrong
Third time: both products contained the wrong items with unusable quality (dried out mascara)

The last customer service rep was really unhelpful and said the product was sold out so I can only get a refund

STAY AWAY from them I had to spend a lot of time going to the post office and printing the label and being on the phone not worth it

Very upset with QVC , I was a good customer and the last 2 weeks I have been ill with a heart issue.
I have returned 4 items which i have paid easy pays on and told it will "take a while to get my money back!"
Also I cancelled an item that they took 19.95 for when receiving an email to say my shopping privileges are blocked until i pay the easy pays which i returned and am awaiting refund. I am also awaiting refund of the 19.95 because in disgust after a week of the order processing them having my money and not knowing I was blocked! I cancelled it.
Quite rude in my opinion and very poor customer service. Quite stressful.
I definitely wont shop with them again.

Man came to collect parcel. And guess what no label. This is stressing me out big time 😡😡😡😡

I moved in with my daughter due to my health. I placed order for Kansas City steaks and corkys chicken. As I placed order I glimpsed my old address and immediately called QVC SPOKE TO DEX. DEX notified delivery dept. who said order was being processed they would call vendors. That’s BS it was a split second no way it was processed. Today order is being delivered to my old address . It has been from June 11 to June 18 and QVC did nothing. Terrible customer service they need cancel button on site when one places an order so something like this doesn’t have to happen. Won’t order ever again.

Ordered a tree on the 23 may whish was on advance orders ,dispatched the week commencing 8 June,took the money on Friday the 12 June still not dispatched ,phoned to find out why it is taking so long ,didn't get an answer tried to cancel you can't do that as it is in progress which it has been for 6days now terrible customer service .
