The process was OK but the windows and doors leave a little to be desired. There are gaps at the end of some of the external and internal cosmetic glazing bars. They work perfectly well, open and shut, lock etc. Would not buy the wood effect again. Its a foil coating that is so easy to damage. The Door drip strip has a small gap allowing water to get behind it.

Having had the windows supplied by quickslide a few years back of which i have to say have been fantastic windows and still look great, I was concerned I may struggle for a part I needed for a small repair on one of my sash windows.
I called quickslide for help regarding the part and Brian was fabulous.
He was so helpful I can't thank him enough. He sent the part out promptly and and I now have the sash window working to its full glory.
Definitely recommend the company for the windows and doors ( mine being 10 years old and still look great) and Brian for his expertese and professionalism.

Very good service used dust sheets and vacuumed up after the work.First class job would use them again.

From ordering the widows to delivery everything is 5 stars I delt with Stephen Kelsey from sales I found him very helpful and his advice very useful the delivery would come on time with a courteous phone call before from the driver. I have used various window suppliers in the past and Quickslide stands out from the crowd the product is of high quality and fairly priced. Product never comes damaged or scratched which seems to happen alot with other window suppliers I highly recommend Quickslide

Excellent service from start to finish. Such a professional company and were are the moon with my new external doors. The fitter was excellent and doors look amazing. Definitely recommend QUICKSLIDE and won’t hesitate to use in the future. Great product.

I've used Quickslide to replace all the windows and doors in my house and found the staff friendly and helpful, the delivery is quick, the driver very helpful and the quality of the windows (and doors) is excellent. After sales has been very good when I've needed it too.

Very good quality windows but their customer service is not what I expected. The pre-sales team is made of one person that doesn't answer emails. Probably too busy. Also, I complained that I didn't receive enough support regarding the measurements of the window I took. I got a window that is way too big for the space available, resulting in a lot of work for my builder (and extra charge). Quickslide didn't apologise. They actually said they don't take responsibility. I won't order from them again.
