The questions sometimes being too general, like too many variations can happen. But the overall, seems great with quite detailed ones I’d say. So definitely a 4/5

I enjoyed the test. However, like most things there’s a subscription at the end. This is very annoying. I am paying for my results then cancelling immediately. I can not afford a $40 month fee.

My experience in taking this test is simple and straightforward. I havent looked at my results but I am already anxious to see them. The price point is fair. I recommend this test. 👍👍

The company should be clearer in their…

The company should be clearer in their language and payment policy. The “free test” costs 1.95 euro and also signs you up to a subscription of nearly 40 euro a month if you don’t cancel within 7 days.
This detail completely escaped my attention. Looking back I noticed that I found the language used in the test very clear but the language surrounding this subscription very confusing.
I never once even logged in to the account and didn’t realise I had to cancel within 7 days because of this dense small-print language. The company took the monthly subscription and when I raised my concerns they pointed out the small print terms and conditions and offered to refund me 10 percent as a goodwill gesture.
I accepted this but I found the response and the whole interaction to be deeply disappointing. I suppose the lesson is don’t sign up to anything without reading the terms and conditions, no matter how small the print which is something that can be easily overlooked with on-line.

I purchased what appeared to be a single test for €1.95, but was later charged €39.95 due to an automatically activated subscription that was not clearly disclosed during checkout.

The way the subscription is presented is highly misleading and easy to overlook. I did not knowingly agree to any recurring payments.

After contacting support, I was only offered a partial refund (25–40%), instead of a full refund for a charge I did not intentionally authorize.

This business model feels deceptive and is designed in a way that can easily lead users into unintended subscriptions.

I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when using this website.
