Quickslide Limited Arvostelua 

Really happy with my quick glide doors! Really great quality and such a great design.

Quickslide were great during the order process, sent me some colour samples and window frame cut out samples to chose the right colour.

Jacob was helpful in clarifying points and specification for a relatively complicated and large (1.8 x 1.2 metre) sash window.

Quality is good, looks very similar to the real wood I am replacing, particularly having fitting from the inside to reduce the frame width.

Was bought as a test to install and see quality and will now be buying more.

Unfortunately did not have a good experience with Quickslide products. Three sliding sash windows all had issues with the tilt function not opening/closing properly, and really bad drafts from the sides where the sashes join in middle as well as sashes being bowed so could put finger in gap between sash and frame, letting in terrible drafts. I didn't deal directly with Quickslide but with the installer, so can't comment on the customer service, but the products were very poor quality and i had to get replaced with another company.

Absolutely rubbish.
They are promises they will return phone calls, they never do, ring up again to chase things. The only answer is we will get back in touch today. They never do.
Shocking.
They don’t know their own products.
Will not be using again for our new build sites

I’ve had my windows for a couple of years now and so happy I went ahead.
I’m a traditionalist and when discussing getting my windows done I was adamant wooden sash windows was the only way to go. My fitter pointed out that given the exposure and pollution for my location I would need to maintain wood more often than upvc and that would be tricky as a top floor flat. After researching I installed wood grain traditional sash windows from Quickslide. At a glance the grain effect inside and out looks like timber and the manufacturing style looks like the originals too, so very happy on installation. 2 yrs on I’m even happier as the impact to the temperature in my flat and my bills has saved me and the planet a bit too. Can’t recommend enough especially for a heritage home.

At first we had a problem with the company and that forced us to give 1 star. But the customer care team dealt with this matter promptly and spot on. The issues have neen rectified and left us with a smile. Therefore we changed our 1 star to a 5 star.

We arranged for Quickslide to come and service our bi-fold doors as they had gradually dropped over a seven year period and we were having problems opening them. The problem was nothing to do with Quickslide. We had the doors installed by the contractor that built our extension and we knew, in hindsight, that this was a mistake as he was obviously not used to installing bi-fold doors. Andy, the fitter who came to repair the doors, was fantastic. He stripped them down, replaced the glazing seals, toe and healed the glass panels and got the doors opening and running smoothly. He also adjusted another door for us that had been incorrectly installed. He was a great ambassador for the company. Professional and polite, he put blankets down to protect the floor and cleared everything up when he had finished. It was a 5 star service!

We ordered windows & bifold with integrated blinds from Quickslide back in July 2023 when our builder started an extension. Sadly for us we got a rogue builder who made the most appaling job of fitting them September 2023 and consequently blamed Quickslide for their poor quality & service.
It couldn't be further from the truth, when we contacted Quickslide Feb 24 and explained the builder had deserted us (and smashed a few panels on his way out) we discovered the true horror and mess we were in, nothing was fitted correctly, lose panels and a bifold door frame in upside down rendering it useless.
Now comes the best bit, Becca, Andy & Billy have spent hours of their time and effort helping us to acheive a fix always helpful, always responding and consequently Andy has completed about 3 visits to us in Norfolk with the most amazing outcome. 1 year later we have beautiful new windows and bifold, fitted correctly and we can see the true beauty and quality of the product.
I never thought we would get to this stage a year later and we are eternally grateful for their support.

Absolutely fantastic after sales from quickslide i bought 2 doors and 18 sliding sash windows , i had a issue with a bought in stable door 6 years later the windows are still great but the door which quickslide didnt manufacture split .i called and they were superb becca sorted all my problems out kept me updated .i will be using them in the future with confidence

Quickslide have been one of our main suppliers for sliding sash windows for a couple of years and we are always more than pleased. The staff are great and very helpful. They also provide us with leads and marketing support.

We installed a uPVC door with half feature panel. The panel started developing cracks - I emailed them the pictures to their customer care and I was told they only do a 5yr guarantee on their panels! Never heard this before from any of our suppliers! It says on their website they guarantee for 10yrs, but clearly they don't!

I bought quickslide windows for majority of my house several years ago as met with this company at a building show. Quickslide recommended WLRG to fit the windows, what a disaster! WLRG has now gone into administration. Emailed Quickslide many times and they have washed their hands helping me I am now left with with 2 sash windows which have never been fitted properly and damp walls. Disgrace and asked about the 10 year guarantee as not received any paper work. They will not help me. They were fitted a few years ago so the date of experience isn't correct

It is always a pleasure to deal with Quickslide, every member of staff i have spoken to are helpful, polite and efficient. Aftersales and the customer care are attentive and listen to your needs and find a quick resolve.

My door has needed adjusting a few times over its 10 year life, but everytime i call upon Quickslide, they arrive very quick and sort it quickly also

I've bought four windows from them - I wanted them in a custom colour and two of them were of a non-standard shape. They were very quick to provide a quote and equally quick to amend the quote after I'd had a final measure up and changed the sizes slightly. They offered a great range of options for things like vents and opening hardware, After asking for quotes from three local firms, Quickslide were far and away the quickest to respond and offered the best price (two of those firms have yet to send me a quote, several months after asking!). The windows arrived in a reasonable timeframe, and were complete with all accessories, including a touch up pot of the colour I'd specified - a nice touch! When I found the big window was too heavy to move I wondered about removing the glazing first -a quick look at their website revealed a very comprehensive range of help videos, one of which gave me just the help I needed to do the job. Can't fault them.

We Had a small problem with a bi-fold door and I think it's not the problem that matters but how the company deals with the problem. Today Andy from Quickslide came to site and sorted the problem and went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted.
