Horrendous customer service given on every occasion I spoke to them. If your desperate try else where - I decided against taking a loan because if they speak & treat you this badly before you enter a contract with them - imagine what they are like when you do. I had to give one star but if I could they wouldn’t have even got that.

The worst company I have ever dealt with, it’s like talking to a brick wall, complained about there irresponsible lending, they have no record on there system of any loans taken out with them, bank statements supplied proving this, now refusing to look at these as they have no record of me, also used the 3 year and 6 year rule, complaint sent on to FOS, this company is incompetent never ever use these bunch of cowboys

Shocking company using delaying tactics with the FOS to stop refunds for wrongly given loan using any excuse not to accept an judgements from the ombudsman and adjudicators. FCA need to do something about them

I was in a terrible cycle with quick quid for a number of years between 2010 and 2014. I’ve been stuck in a complaint situation with the FOS now for 2 years after it was bought to my attention in 2017 that you could complain. My adjudicator put a recommendation in and a delayed a response and then sent a generic “we won’t look at the loans over 6 years due to us believeing the client knew you could complain prior to that” how were we supposed to know you can complain? It’s not publicised like PPI is???? All been difficult so far and can’t see it going any quicker. It’s a shame because it makes me feel anxious not being able to fight my own corner as the FOS are apparently in discussions with QQ......but they can’t tell us when or how these discussions are conducted so we have no idea if a resolution is in the pipeline

If I could give 0 stars I would awful company have a complaint with FOS for QQ due to irresponsible lending would NEVER recommend

You have lost your case so why don't do right thing a pay up missold loans and still lending to people what a joke of company avoid this company at all costs

QuickQuid have turned down the adjudicators decision on my complaint. Has taken months to get to this stage and yet they still apply these delaying tactics. Really is shocking.

Waiting over 18 months for an irresponsible lending compliant to be resolved. They have been advised by an FOS adjudicator to refund interest and charges, but are not giving in because my loans are over 6 years old. Avoid!!! Terrible company. Hopefully they will meet their end like Wonga too!! Awful customer service. Listen to the experts at the Ombudsman Quick Quid, you’ll have to pay out eventually so why are you using these delay tactics?!

After building up my credit rating to a fairly good standard, Quick Quid have damaged my rating. Information given on their website when taking or repaying monthly installment incorrect or not guaranteed. Being threatened by Debt collectors for an issue they created. Would never recommend or use them again.

BEFORE ANYONE THINKS OF OBTAINING A QUICK QUID LOAN MAYBE THEY SHOULD CHECK FIRST WITH THE FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN SERVICE AND FIND OUT HOW MANY COMPLAINTS HAVE BEEN MADE AGAINST THIS COMPANY. ITS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE THEY CAN TREAT PEOPLE IN THIS MANNER. IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN ZERO STARS THEN I WOULD HAVE. DONT GO NEAR THEM!!

This Company Should be banned for offering unaffordable loans to Middle class people . Interest is so high you will be keep borrowing money from other lenders to pay debts . Once you get stuck inside their loan cycle you won’t be able to pay your food or bills you will be just paying them unaffordable loan

Unbelievable...what can I say...never again. Try to make early repayment see how they delay you. First card payments won't go through...why? It's the same bank card linked to address and bank details they sent payment to. No record on system of attempt to make payments????? Liars. I believe early payments cuts away more interest payment for them. Each member of staff you speak is informing one thing to another. Never the full truth or information. Never again after I will attempt to make scheduled payment via ddi due to card payments mine or even the wifes card??? Not being accepted had to set up another ddi if this payment don't go through and did not setup in tome will default me deliberately causing more charges.

If you borrow from these ‘people’ you’re your own worst enemy. Let their business rot. There’s always an alternative to scum like this.
Edit: loads of fake five star reviews too. How desperate do you have to be to use this dumb service? Look at the review about ‘not for Brexiters’. Obviously written by the company. Bunch of sad acts.

Initially a handy service and on occasion I have paid earlier but my last loan I paid off for the entire 3 month duration...once I came to reapply they informed me that my account was frozen due to my repayment patterns, until 20/9/2019!!! Forget it, you pay them early and that is somehow irresponsible?! Lending stream is now my preferred choice.

DO NOT USE!!! when you pay them back they said they never received money. Spent the last 5 months going back and forth to usa customer service who are a bunch of fraudsters couldn't find anyone in uk not even in london as i was willing to go there. ended up going financial obundsment route and qq miraculously found the money. they tried using scare tactics for you to double pay by sending letters etc! don't use!

Applied for a small load to tie me on due to unexpected bills, yet the company has taken over 14 hours and still are telling me to keep checking my emails. This seems to be their only advice. Yet still have set up their repayments???! I’m sorry but why am I paying for something I haven’t received?? Also, it’s now affecting me being able to even get a £50 loan from anywhere else as I have to repay this loan they haven’t even given me!! Guess I’m gunna have to wait till payday in a week before I’m able to eat again!

Great service. Good value loan.

I got a loan out with this company. I had money in my account in the day they needed to collect first payment. They sent me an email saying I failed to pay them and I would be charged £15. I have proof I had money in my account and the email they sent me of how much money I owed them. I had the money to pay them they tried to scam me to get an extension on my loan and then pay them even more money. I will be taking further action for this. One big scam don’t fall for it.
