Bobby, thank you so much for all the hard work and youve saved all the agro. Sky was very difficult and only achieving 30 download speed. Now I have 200 download speed everywhere thanks to the WiFi everywhere

Internet in our street went off 2 days ago, we understand that a highways team caused the issue by digging through some cables. However, Quickline's response has been poor, again - we're now 48 hours into our service outage and no information has been provided as to what is happening. I was advised yesterday that engineers would be on site today to fix, this has not happened. Today technical support had no information and no idea when engineers would be on site. We live in a rural area and are completely cut off. There is no sense of urgency in connecting rural communities who are completely reliant on this service, and communication is poor.

My general view of quickline is that when it works, it tends to work well, but if something goes wrong it takes far too long to correct. This is the 2nd time we've had an outage going on for numerous days.

Matt F our engineer was friendly and professional, explained everything he was going to do and left everything clean and tidy . Special mention to him for carrying on working outside during a hailstorm. Would recommend Quickline to anyone thinking of changing their broadband provider

I recently joined QL from a more expensive rival. The internet works, is appropriate with promised speeds - BUT - I have so far had a superb (genuinely superb) customer experience with Harrison (the installation engineer). Proactive communications in letting me know he was 30 mins away; complete explanation of the process and his intentions; attention to detail (and hoovered up mild debris from drilling). Harrison - it was a genuine pleasure.

The service has been very good, efficient and prompt.
The installer Bailey P, was quick, thorough and left no mess. He got everything up and running smoothly.

Engineer Louise B great service polite and respectful. Would recommend her every day if the week.

Absolute charlatans digging my road up rude workers none speak English blocking off access for me to get out my house and workers smoking weed, customer service number don’t want to know. We are not a village and don’t need your broadband!

Brandon Potter, though clearly inexperienced, was very professional and proceded carefully, step by step. We heard him seeking telephone and video advice when he appeared to be unsure.

Really good installation experience. Team completed the install on time. Good communications and tidy install. Recommended if they are in your area.

Dan D was the installation engineer, he arrived promptly, asked me where I wanted the installation. He explained everything he was doing and made an excellent tidy job. He even helped set up my printer etc.

A fast and professional installation from beginning to end. From the beginning with the guys who added the lines to the house and the end with the installation of the internet by Bailey P. He was fast, efficient, helpful and very pleasant. Everything works perfectly.
