Awful awful experience! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Extremely rude when you call.
They have cut the electricity, stopped the water so I am unable to shower ,cook,
They are trying to get extra money, this has been reported company to the police! The police will inform the inspection from the authorities.
I hope this company gets all what they deserve- horrible horrible people!

Eu nunca experimentei uma falta de profissionalismo tão grande como com essas “pessoas”. Eles fingem defeitos nos móveis para exigir mais dinheiro dos inquilinos. Caso o dinheiro não seja pago, eles ameaçam até que a polícia precise ser chamada, momento em que fogem. Eles invadiram o apartamento às escondidas e cortaram os cabos, deixando-nos sem água quente, fogão, forno e geladeira. Esse comportamento é nojento! Somos ignorados, e quando finalmente respondem, só nos insultam.

I strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this agency and the people managing these apartments. They are scammers and fraudsters who continuously deceive tenants and extort money. They invent false claims of damage to avoid refunding deposits and enter tenants’ rooms without permission, which is a complete violation of privacy. In addition, they illegally close off access to shared spaces like the kitchen and pretend to have no funds to return deposits.

The only way to get any resolution is by contacting the police. If you have any disputes with them, I highly recommend reporting them directly to the authorities and reaching out to the Portuguese embassy for further assistance—they may be able to help.

These people advertise on platforms like Housing Anywhere, Spotahome, and Erasmus-related websites, often under names like Joanna or other intermediaries, but never as “quarto” directly. Please be extremely cautious and avoid dealing with them at all costs.

Save yourself the stress, money, and trouble—do not rent from these people.

Hands down, the absolute scum of the earth. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, EVER ENGAGE WITH THIS LYING, DECEITFUL, CHEATING COMPANY. You Will regret it. Even if it's through a third-party website, just absolutely DO NOT. DO NOT. They will act (relatively) nicely until they get your money and then ask for more and more and more and more and ghost you for your deposit. EXPLOITAVE SCUM. They should go to jail.

Una empresa de ladrones que no pueden proporcionarte una alojamiento confortable y seguro. No es posible conectar un calefactor porque saltan los plomos, no tienen contratada la potencia necesaria y las habitaciones tienen mucha humedad. Te roban la fianza directamente sin ninguna explicación y cuando legítimamente reclamas te amenazan y cortan la comunicación. En mi casa dijeron que habían hecho la transferéncia y no era verdad.
Su sede empresarial no existe por lo que no puedes contactar con ellos. Hicieron pasar a mi hija de 19 años una muy mala experiéncia en su primera salida internacional.

Do not trust this company, they are scammers. They will invent anything to get the money from you and if you don't pay it they will cut off your house supplies, they left us without gas and told us that little by little they were going to cut off all of our appliances. They entered the apartment whenever they wanted, without warning and leaving objects in the house. If you have a problem, they don't solve it, they don't even answer your messages, they only answer what interests them. Not to mention the deposit, they will use anything to not return it to you. Do not trust this company, very little professionalism and many lack of respect!!!

Esta empresa é uma verdadeira brincadeira! Tentam enganar-nos todos os dias da estadia, os trabalhadores entram no apartamento quando querem usando a desculpa de que não há direito às áreas comuns da casa e que é deles por isso podem entrar quem quiserem, dizem-nos que só estamos a alugar o quarto, para além dos trabalhadores que vão limpar o apartamento, tomam o pequeno-almoço ou almoçam usando as nossas coisas.
O senhorio desrespeitou-nos por correio eletrónico quando quisemos resolver um problema no apartamento. A caução é usada ao mais pequeno pormenor para não ser devolvida. NÃO CONFIEM NESTA EMPRESA HÁ MUITAS MELHORES EM LISBOA E COM MAIS PROFISSIONALISMO.

Really poor quality of service.
In the middle of the stay, they've decided to stop cleaning common areas, as "to keep everything clean, it's better to make people clean after themselves" (it wasn't better, and only led to conflicts).

The fact that they were not responsive to issues like poor internet quality shouldn't be even mentioned. One time they've without explanation turned off electricity for the entire apartment, to resolve conflict with one of the tenants. In the middle of pretty chilly winter.

And also, you can probably forget about the security deposit. They've blamed some minor wall damage left by bed and wall, on me, as a reason to take entire deposit. Honestly, hope someone will sue them one day.

They are just abusing poor situation on Lisbon housing market, most of the rooms, in 2 of their apartments I had displeasure of visiting, were worth half the price.

THE WORST AGENCY, They are scammers, first they offer you an apartment with expenses included and then they charge you absolutely for everything, they deceived me when signing the contract and did not return the deposit, they threw me out of the room yelling at me the very day I told them that the I left them, they are shameless and everyone who passes through those rooms should take legal action against them. DO NOT EVER TRUST THIS COMPANY

O quarto que arrendei estava recem reformado, mas era na cave e não foi falado isso, só descobri na hora de entrar. E neste momento também descobri que tinha que ser pago uma caução, mas já havia pago a taxa da UniPlaces, o que também não diz nada e tira o corpo fora.
Já fazem quase 2 meses que saí do quarto que arrendei e não recebi minha caução de volta, e ainda cobram uma multa, sendo que paguei o arrendamento dia 3, lei permite até dia 8. Não retornam e-mail com marcação de atendimento, e quando consegui falar com alguém, chamado João, não quis marcar por telefone e nem podia confirmar a morada do escritório, Avenida Antonio augusto Aguiar nº148 4C, Lisboa.
Ao chegar no local descrito no contrato como morada da imobiliária, descobri que é apenas uma caixa postal para a QeQ, e que o local é uma empresa que abriga varias escritórios e a senhora que falou comigo, ainda nao sabia de nada sobre imobiiária.
Resumo, o quarto em si era bom com tudo novo, porém o comportamento da empresa é sempre duvidoso e todos que saíram da casa antes de mim relatam problemas com a caução. Exploram pessoas que precisam de moradia e nao devolvem a caução. Estou lutando pare receber 400 euros de volta

The worst agency to ever exist! They will treat you with NO respect, call you a liar, put you in a house with bed bugs, threathen you via email and never return your deposit. It's better to be homeless than paying them any money.

If I could give zero stars, that’s definitely what they deserve, but unfortunately, the minimum is 1 star. My girlfriend and I stayed in their room for 3 months, and from start to finish, everything was a nightmare. I strongly recommend not doing business with this company. The place we stayed had no elevator, and the stairwell was full of cockroaches, this was my first impression. After signing the contract and moving into the room, they started finding reasons to charge us small extra fees, which we agreed to and paid.

Also, despite looking decent in the photos, the window latch didn’t close, the door handle, closet, and drawer were broken as well. The most important issue was that the window wouldn’t close, so there was no privacy in the room, and anyone could see inside. I mentioned that this was a serious issue and that we couldn’t feel comfortable in the room, but it wasn’t fixed for the entire 3 months. We had to use a blanket to cover the window. When we first moved in, our roommates told us how greedy the company was and warned us about all the extra fees they had been charged. I can't tell you everything they shared, but the stories were unbelievable. For example, the company had installed drain strainers, and when they came loose while people were washing dishes, they charged every room 150 Euros, even though the strainers cost just 7-8 Euros from a Chinese market. After hearing all this, we started being extra careful, taking photos of everything and avoiding using any of their items.

For the first two months, we paid the rent on time and in full without any issues. But in the third and final month, they asked for an additional 15 Euros per month for the mini fridge I owned. We agreed and paid the total of 45 Euros, and moved out on the scheduled day. When I asked about the deposit refund, they said it would take some time. We waited, and in the end, they refunded the deposit minus 50 Euros. They claimed they were holding the 50 Euros and would pay it after receiving the final utility bills. Of course, as you might expect, they never paid it back.

A month and a half later, they responded, saying that in August we had supposedly used more electricity and water, despite my girlfriend being abroad for 10 days and me staying alone in the room. They asked for an extra 15 Euros from every room. Of course, we hadn’t done anything different in August than in previous months, it was just their way of avoiding refunding the deposit. In the end, they never paid it back.

If you do business with this company, don’t expect to pay the prices you see at the beginning. You will definitely end up paying more. I can guarantee it. They are not a company with good intentions or a focus on customer satisfaction; they are always trying to figure out how to take more from you. But it's your choice, I’m just giving you a heads up.

Autênticos burlões.
Para além de não cumprirem com normas de segurança e higiene, recorrem a ameaças e práticas duvidosas. Não fazem manutenção adequada, ignoram pedidos de assistência para depois de forma recorrente exigir aos ocupantes o pagamento dos eletrodomésticos sob pretexto de incúria e utilização indevida. Não devolvem cauções sob falsos pretextos ou mesmo sem apresentar qualquer justificação. Tem pessoal com comportamento xenófobo e racista.
Acho que não se pode encontrar pior. Lamento e estou arrependido de ter alugado quarto a estes energúmenas sem ética nem escrúpulos

The company totally established to rub people. Especially the Erasmus students and young people are in target. There are few 5 start reviews, totally they are lie and false. Before rent, just read the reviews and only thing you can do is run away. These people put a bad reputation for Lisbon and totally for Portugal in foreigner people mind, and I don't know, how they are telling their families and friends that are acting like a thief and they are rubbing people. Unfortunately, because of these people and bad experience with them, whenever I am meeting a Portuguese language person (of course all people are not bad), automatically I feel scare and I am ignoring that person. It's really shame there is no rule to stop them.

So, worst experience ever! Dont recommended it! scammers and liars. They illegally robbed me of my deposit (€300), when they accused me of bringing bedbugs into their apartment, despite the fact that they had been there for a long time before me. they didn't even return the deposit (€50), which is required to be returned. The mattresses were worn out, Landord was totally rude and intolerant. He robbed my roommates of another €300 because they smoked on the balcony, even though no one warned them not to do it. Unprofessional approach and robbing students, young people and clients.

Son unos estafadores, no le recomiendo esta agencia a nadie. De verdad, tengan cuidado con ellos. Son absolutos estafadores , ponen multas absurdas por todo, casas en pésimas condiciones… A mi todavía me deben 50€ de la fianza, los cuales no me van a devolver seguro…
También tengo una amiga que abandonó el piso hace dos meses!!! Y no le quieren devolver la fianza de 450€!!!! SON ABSOLUTOS LADRONES!!

The experience was good, and they gave back my deposit within 1 week after I left. The staff is really responsive and they always reply to you. You just have to take pictures of the room once you begin and make sure that everything is the same way when you leave. I would recommend this company to have a good and safe stay

Contrary to the terrible feedback I have seen here, I had a truly great experience! I had a short stay of 1 month (Aug 2024) at Avenida Rovisco Pais 12 and loved it there. The staff were very prompt and responsive via email. The check in process was pretty smooth and Bruno (the guy who checked me in) was very helpful. My room was comfortable and the housemates were quite pleasant. The location was pretty great too and I got my deposit back within a week of moving out. My only issue with the apartment was the fact that my room was on the 4th floor and there was no elevator. Nevertheless, I really did enjoy my stay.

I do not recommend!!! After 2 month of moving out I still didn't get back my deposit! They trick you into paying for every damage, even the ones that you didn't do!

A experiência foi curta, apenas 3 meses, mas gostei bastante, a empresa é totalmente profissional, principalmente levando em conta que é feito contrato de arrendamento, oque serve como comprovativo, o quarto é todo remodelado, tido como novo, eu recomendo!
