Pior experiência da minha vida!

Péssimo atendimento, funcionários ignorantes e irresponsáveis que não fazem questão alguma de manter qualquer comunicação com os clientes, fotos não fiéis aos quartos e muitos outros péssimos defeitos que se refletem na competência da empresa! Não recomendo jamais, entre ficar na rua e depender da quarto e quartos, prefiro a rua.

Una semana antes de la entrega del departamento aparecieron daños en la habitación de una hora a otra ? Claramente para no entregar garantía el nivel de estafa extremo !!

They are nothing but rude scammers.

They stole my deposit, threw me out (after threatening with stealing my stuff if I did not leave, and since my computer alone is worth more than these scammers entire existence I was happy to leave). After I left they tried to send me invoices.

They prey on vulnerable people and have invalid contracts that goes against the Portuguese law (especially when it comes to cancellation/notice times).

What else? Yeah, they have giant, visible bed bugs that roam around the rooms in broad daylight (which tells you have bad their bed bug infestation is). I have pictures and videos of the bed bugs, which I would have liked to upload to this review. I also had to experience someone breaking in and stealing stuff from other peoples rooms, as well as someone trying to enter my room in the middle of the night.

This was a horrific and filthy experience, and as someone mentioned before, it is better to be homeless than to rent from these ''people''.

My only advice is to leave immediately, block them and never look back - karma will get them sooner or later.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND RUDE STAFF MEMBERS

My son rented an apartment for three months. He moved out in April. We are still fighting for his security deposit. They keep on adding unknown amounts and when we do follow up, we no longer getting responses.

The room was clean when I checked in, contrary to what the review says here, I have received my deposit in full.

Their apartments are always extremely dirty with mold sightings and parasites walking around the house that they will fully blame you for despite the poor conditions they left you with. The power will go out every few months and sometimes an alarm would beep for the entire night and they would do nothing about it.

They’re very rude, especially the landlord that is a complete thief, and there was this one time they emailed us calling us pigs with a picture of feces in the apartment toilet. Genuinely, who even thinks of taking a picture of that and sending it to everyone that lives there?

Don’t believe the photos, they take them at very specific times during cleaning days to trap you in. Please save your money for some place with minimum decency.

It’s hard to take them into justice when these criminals take all the money they can from you and then quit calls and run away. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, ITS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!!! WORST COMPANY EVER!

Do not rent here! After I moved in and a month later they wanted to charge me 20 euros more, I told them they were confused and look at their response:

And also a LIAR.
Scumbag."

Service crap

Tudo o que foi acordado em contrato foi cumprido por ambas as partes. As dúvidas foram esclarecidas por e-mail sempre que solicitado e a caução foi devolvida na sua integridade.

I had the worst experience with this company, luckily I booked the room through an intermediary so I was able to get refunded of the high deposit and rent that I had already paid. The email exchange with the company one week before moving in the room was horrific! They are so unrespectful and avoid answering to my clear questions. They advised me last minute that I would need to stay for some undefined amount of time in another house and when confronted on the reason and the period that this would take they said that it was better to CANCEL the reservation, reservation made for almost one year! After that they were totally unresponsive to my emails and my calls and I just had to cancel the reservation and find myself with no home just one week before moving to Lisbon. Do never book anything with this company, they are a shame

Please, do not make any reservation with this company. They do not give the deposit back, ask for constant money even though it is not your fault, they don't provide any support of help if something needs repair and the rooms and common areas are really in bad conditions.

Por favor, não façam qualquer reserva com esta empresa. Não devolvem o depósito, pedem dinheiro constantemente, mesmo que a culpa não seja sua, não dão qualquer apoio ou ajuda se algo se estragar e os quartos e as áreas comuns estão realmente em más condições.

This company is a complete scam! They blame you for damages that you didn't do in order to keep your deposit and during your stay they try to charge you or fine you for EVERYTHING. They threaten you through emails and when you try to call them they don't answer.
AVOID at all cost!

A Quartos e Quartos em Lisboa é péssima!
Fiz uma reserva com os mesmo para um mês, de 07/06/2024 a 06/07/2024. Eles me cobraram um caução e mais o aluguel do mês de junho, sendo que sairia dia 6/7, mas alegam agora se eu entrar o mês de julho, terei que pagar o mês e saindo antes de 31/7 não terei direito de ressarcimento do caução. Sem falar que o quarto é bem diferente do que estava no site: tem péssima iluminação, é quente, o mobiliário é danificado, a porta tem problemas na fechadura e o banheiro compartilhado está sempre sujo e fedido. Dá nojo de usar. Ao entrar na instalação, fiz esses relatos em vários e-mails, com fotos e vídeos sobre os problemas, que nunca responderam. Na verdade, eles mal leem os e-mails… e respondem qualquer coisa. É uma empresa bem ‘sacana’!!! Outro fator é a porta de entrada da casa, que está sempre aberta e 0 de segunça… senti falta de dinheiro e percebi que minhas coisas foram
mexidas… Não há nem câmera de segurança no local… Mais um fator: estava conversando com a atendente Tatiana, que confirmou ir ao local para fazer o meu check-in no dia da minha chegada e quando cheguei havia outro funcionário para me preceber que não sabia dar explicações, só queria que eu assinasse o contrato rapidamente e saiu. Me arrependi muito dessa locação! Não recomendo pois são péssimos! Jamais locarei um quarto com eles, pois não vale nem 10% o valor que cobram… pense bem antes de locar com essa empresa, por que é furada!!!

Ainda bem que arrumei outro lugar para ir, mais limpo e seguro, então sairei no dia 30/06 e deixarei que fiquem com o caução, pois só sabem ficar mandando e-mail quando se trata de pagamento e dinheiro, mas para dar suporte são os piores que já vi!

Estou extremamente decepcionado!

Horrible agency: these people have a ton of rooms around the city and they can afford to keep them in very bad conditions and exploit people who live in them. They will find any excuse to charge you extra. I lived in one of their apartments for one year (sept 2022 to June 2023) and for the whole year we had: the kitchen window broken, a broken toilet seat, mold on the bathroom walls that ultimately caused the whole countertop (ceiling) to fall down on someone that was showering, termites in the wooden floor.

We waited one week before we could use the shower again and there was one shower for 7 people.

They have cheap apartments and exploit the difficult situation of renting apartments in Lisbon, they should be reported to the authorities.

Don't rent here! The room was in poor condition and there were some insects in the apartment. The common areas were dirty. They "calculated" the deposit wrong and I almost didn't get 25 %of the deposit back. Customer service was rude.

Estafa, Malos tratos, insultos, amenazas con abogados, harán hasta lo ultimo por cobrarte extra por lo que sea.
Eso en resumen, se podría escribir eternamente de esta empresa y su administrador.

I was aware that there was corruption in Portugal, but I never imagined it to be so blatant and visible. This company is a complete scam. Myself and other former tenants discovered that the owner is an immigration lawyer who uses his position to intimidate people, especially immigrants, threatening to make their lives miserable. Additionally, he and his employees are extremely rude, deliberately acting in a way that is meant to provoke. It came as no surprise when they decided to withhold my deposit without justification, treating me despicably over the phone simply because I requested information. This situation is unacceptable and must end.

Pior lugar possível. O administrador insulta os inquilinos, multas abusivas, e o meu calção não foi devolvido e pararam de responder os emails. Ficaram com 700€ meus. Não indico nem para meu pior inimigo.

Inicialmente tentei tirar algumas dúvidas por chamada de voz, e recusaram a todo momento passar qualquer informação por telefone, único contato que consegui algumas respostas foi por e-mail, após alugar o quarto notei que estava em falta de um móvel, que não havia, relatei a falta mas nenhuma medida foi tomada, posteriormente fui furtado dentro da casa (roubaram meu Auriculares e minha Patinete Eletrica),e nenhuma medida foi tomada, constantemente minha comida era roubada da geladeira ou do armário.
Após os roubos solicitei cancelamento mas negaram dizendo que "não havia motivos válidos" mesmo eu estando dentro dos meus direitos e não me sentindo mais seguro naquele ambiente, os profissionais não tem capacidade e nem formação suficiente para dar suporte a seus clientes, precisam ser mais atenciosos com os clientes, pois em nenhum momento tentaram ajudar ou recorrer de alguma forma para que as coisas fossem resolvidas

Worst service management ever seen. Unprofessional and dishonest. They blame you for everything in order to retain your money. The facilities are badly maimtamaid and no one to ask for help. They make clear they don't care. Once you paid, you forget about them. It is a dirty exploitation of immigrants. They don't answer phones neither emails after getting your money. Wherever you see MODORAMO, run away!
