I got rapid and clear customer service from Tracy regarding my enquiry about replacement pads for my trusty kneeling chair (supplied by Putnams 15+ years ago!). She asked for some pictures of the chair to help with her internal enquiries. Her Mfg. colleagues said in principle they should fit but there was the risk that measurements may have changed but that they would offer a sale or return purchase if it was not possible to retrofit. This seemed eminently fair to me so I proceeded with the order, and I was able to pay over the phone by credit card. In less than a week I received the two items, very well protected in dense foam wrapping, by courier and including the necessary bolts and Allen key. In addition, the package included a new wooden peg FOC as one had recently failed. I was able, with a small bit of DIY, to adjust the bolt hole centres on my chair by a few mill. to make my chair work at its very best again!! I have previously replaced a broken caster and have a spare in case of a future mishap!

This excellent product (which also looks good) has made the home office part of my work life possible over the last 15 years - I was no longer able to use a standard (or even expensive) desk/operator's chair without considerable discomfort after any short period of use.

Asked for and had to pay for the postage for a memory foam sample, chased it told it had definitely been posted.
It eventually arrived (WITH PAID FOR 48 hr DELIVERY ROYAL MAIL) 8 days after my request, so when was it really posted?
If they cannot get a sample to me in less than 8 days how do the expect me to order the 2 required memory foam toppers.

Wedge pillow not high enough to control for acid reflux so has not helped. Was expensive not to work. Looked online after purchase and majority of research on acid reflux reports higher dimensions. Shame as the latex pillow is comfortable.

I bought a couple of pillows from the company back in March, which were brilliant. I then purchased some more pillows in May and had a query about one of them.

Big shout out to Lynne in customer service, who was simply amazing. Despite the suggestions she patiently offered, the pillow simply didn't work for me. As I had already opened this, I knew I couldn't return it. That was not good enough for the company; without me even asking anyone to replace or refund, Lynne kindly sent an alternative pillow to me, which I am delighted to say is perfect!

If ever there was an example for other companies on how to treat your customers, this is it. They have a customer for life in me, and I will be spreading the word about how good they are. Thank you again Lynne for helping me and my neck!

Bought a Putnam's bed wedge for my husband who has acid reflux/sleep apnea/snoring and has shoulder pain when he sleeps. We didn't hold out much hope to be honest and the wedge was the last resort to try, after trying all other types of pillows. Well, it's an absolute miracle. He no longer suffers from any of the problems he has and sleeps better than he has for decades. It's unbelievable and we couldn't be happier. Best £90 we've ever spent. We got the memory foam one. Well done Putnam's.

The original pillow lost its shape very easily. Upon complaint my email went to the junk mail. After a review here Bubbles from Putnam provided 2 extra foam inserts at a much higher quality.

I got the best pillow from here, it has improved my sleeping so much and I now get a solid 8 hours every nights and don’t snore. Unfortunately it hasn’t helped my bad breath or dribbling. It also came with free delivery and the lady on the phone was super helpful and sounded very smiley.

Very professional company that answer the phone immediately. I had a delivery issue caused by the Royal mail strikes (not Putnams fault). They were very informative and helpful. My product happened to arrive the next day anyway and it is a very comfortable Sero cushion that is aiding my recovery post surgery. Thank you to the Putnams team and to "Sharon" who made my product (that was a nice touch on the sewn-in label).

Absolutely love the wool duvets I bought. After trying a weighted blanket without success, I wanted something warm but heavier than a normal duvet. The wool makes for the most comfortable sleep I've had in ages. I normally can only sleep 4 hours in one go but with this duvet, I am sleeping soundly up to 6 now. Also not expecting them to be delivered before Christmas as it was a late order, they turned up on the 23rd & I was very impressed with the swiftness of dispatch. Definitely will recommend & use this company again.

The product arrived quickly and it was fairly reasonable given the normal cost of latex pillows....however, there is absolutely no world in which the pillow is even remotely comfortable or useable. Of course, I am not allowed to return in so into landfill it goes. Good one guys!

My son have a bad reflux and asthma and recently purchaced wedge pillow helped him so much.... he has such blissfull sleeps at night now... thanks so much to Putnams....

I bought the neck support pillow from Putnams that ensures you sleep on your back with your neck aligned and not at an angle, it kind of creates a trough for your head.
Amazing quality and design. It has changed my life. I wish someone had told me years ago a product like this exists! It has made such a difference thinly sleep and neck/back pain.
I have now just ordered the orthopaedic foam mattress to support my back too!

I ordered a bed wedge for my acid reflux as advised by my consultant. He recommended Putnams bed wedge and I haven't looked back since. Very good quality, made in the UK and comes with a 2 year guarantee. Thank you for letting me get a good nights sleep again.

We have had the mattress for almost two years now and when we decided who to get some more pillows we came back to Putnams for this. Easy to adjust, which im told is great for stopping snoring.

I received a kneeling chair from this company last week. The quality was nothing like I expected. I was told that it had 2 adjustment settings. One is the hammer mechanism for sitting pad (the actual pegs that hold this are not screwed in, but glued together BTW and this takes all the weight) and the second for the kneeling pad. What they do not explain is that this second adjustment is a dis-assemble job. You have to take the chair apart and re-build to move the knee pad up or down. This is not an adjustment. Worse still, when you attempt this, the Allen key provided just goes around and around as the whole thing is one long metal bar with two screws at each end, which have screwed in by machine. There was not way for me to adjust anything.

I wrote to them asking for help on how. No response. I called a handyman on a Sunday to help me as I needed the chair urgently. He needed extra tools to dis-assemble the knee pad and put it together. I wrote the these people again saying that at least they should pay for the handyman who I had to call out. Not even an acknowledgement of my email.

The chair was badly packed, box was open when I found it at a neighbours dumped. If I want to return, I have to use all original packaging, arrange and pay for it myself. Not doable with the way they packed the chair.

The material used is bad quality, every bit of fluff in your house will stick to it. And, as the owner, of many Tempur memory foam products I can tell you for sure this memory foam they charge extra for is bad quality. The upholstery looks like my 5 year old did it, and the screws are so badly put in that wood underneath chair is damaged.

The chair will not last, I am stuck with it, and it is way too expensive for just a throw away item. Shame on them using the NHS as a brand to sell their bad quality product - saying the NHS recommends them, if they do they must be getting a very different chair than what I was sent.

Update: After I explained the issues with the chair, they agreed to give me my money back. And though I offered to be available for chair pick up, they choose to leave it here with me. At least the cost was covered though I am still without a chair that works for me. The adjustments are limited and for those needed support for medical reasons not fit for the job. The best I can say, is that once they accepted I was unhappy, they at least gave em a refund.

Putnams have recently replaced the inner cushions on my DFS sofa, it is now like having a new sofa and amazingly comfortable. They have done a brilliant job and their customer service and turn around time is very impressive. I will definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them. So, a big thank you to Putnams.

After writing to Putnams to say that I was finding my new Memory foam, neck support, pillow too firm and uncomfortable….. they immediately replaced it with a conventional foam one, free of charge!
I had great service from my original support pillow for many years and thought it time to replace it.
Back to blissful sleep again. Outstanding customer care, service & products. Thank you Team Putnams.

I purchased a latex foam topped wedge bed pillow for acid reflux. I love this product. It has stopped my acid reflux at night. Customer service is excellent with this company and so good that the products are made in 🇬🇧
