My order was delayed by 3-4 weeks and I didn't get an update until I sent 3 follow up emails. After the third follow up email they still couldn't tell me when they were going to ship my item.

I purchased some items from them which are wonderful. i had several questions, and Tracey, who i spoke to on the phone, was so helpful and did so much to assist me, and to ensure that i could use the items. I'm so grateful to her and to Putnams, and so glad with the help i received.

On another note, it's reassuring and appreciated to be able to call and speak to them easily, and not have AI responses, or no ability to ask questions. Tracey was so friendly and helpful, as was the other people who i occassionally spoke to. Thank you.

Had foam replaced in a seat cushion as manufacturers foam was not great quality, cushion just received back and feels great . Experience from beginning to end very easy and very quick wouldn’t hesitate to use putnams again .(and prob will as other cushions go soft)

Putnams made my saggy old sofa feel brand new again with a newly filled sofa cushion.
It was an easy process, I sent photos and measurements and promptly received a competitive quote. Communication was excellent, responding to my questions very quickly. I posted the old cover and in just over a week received the sofa cushion.
It feels lovely and comfortable and makes my sofa look like new.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use Putnams again and recommend them to others.

I finally bought the Putnams bed wedge after years of it being recommended by healthcare professionals.

Unfortunately, my symptoms are worse than they've ever been and now have severe, chronic back pain.

I am £85 out of pocket, with a product I can't use and can't return because it's been opened. It's literally going in the bin,

Great from beginning to end. I bought a V pillow and a butterfly cushion in advance of my colon surgery. From ordering to delivery it was easy. The quality of the product is truly amazing! I must admit I did a bit of searching on Amazon beforehand and other brand were hit and miss with their reviews. Putnam has not disappointed. I have used both items pretty much 24/7 for nearly a month now and they are still very comfortable and still holding the shape and supportive despite being used a lot! I would not hesitate to return to Putnams should I or anyone I know require any such items. Thanks Putnams as you’ve made the recovery that little bit more easier!

Quick turnaround, kept me informed the whole time. From pickup (cushion covers) to delivery was 7 days! My sofa cushion seats feel like brand new! Amazing company 😊

It was really all about the customer service.

I had a slight issue with my order, I gave them a call and they were absolutely outstanding. Resolved everything immediately.

I have been searching for a brand which sells high quality sleep gear made from natural fibres. Pretty much no one does this besides Putnams. You can tell that they take the utmost care in producing the product.

When you pair this with the customer service I received from the gentleman on the phone, these guys really can't be beaten.

Will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

Bought a wedge pillow and cover from them at £174.54. I realised quite quickly that this was going to be uncomfortable on my back as the lower part of the wedge (a piece of foam, nothing special about it)is not flat against the bed on the lower end, so I returned it. They said it had been in a plastic wrapping which was opened so I would not get a complete refund. I told them it had not been in a wrapping at all, just in the box. They argued that it had, and refunded me £129.77. Wish I hadn't bothered and won't be bothering again!

A brilliant experience, start to finish! The timescales were excellent- quote to delivery of our refilled cushions only took 19 days and were so reasonably priced. We’ve got our dream Loaf sofa back thanks to Putnams and we couldn’t be happier! The product, customer service and pricing is top notch.

Spent considerable amount of money with them in the past. 2 x memory foam wedges and memory foam cpap pillow. I made the mistake of trying to wash cpap pillow, my mistake but after the very hot spell, the pillow was giving off an odour from sweating. Pillow literally starts to fall to pieces and being held together with 2x covers. Contacted customer service who initially said I should have followed washing care instructions. Since no washing care instructions were enclosed I washed it. Asked for advice for future and told that no solution for when pillow starts to smell and believe me it will do, "And invest in a new pillow' well the prices charged are an investment to start with.

I recently had my three large sofa cushions re-filled by Putnams. You could do the 'Goldilocks' test to see which cushion filling you prefer.
I was extremely satisfied with the customer care I received both before and after. Although there was a problem with one of the cushions, this was dealt with politely, kindly and efficiently. The cushions are so much more comfortable and make the sofa look almost new.

Although they claim they accept returns, it's only if it's completely untouched and unopened. Which makes no sense, it's not made clear on the product page or during checkout. They have a tiny sticker that's easy to miss when the package arrives, I opened it without even seeing it, but customer service didn't care at all. Refused my return even though it was unused just opened. Furthermore their peoduct reviews are either fake or heavily moderated, because I left a review for a pillow, I only mentioned how it was too small, never got accepted, it's not there. Avoid

I purchased a Putnams Bed Wedge for £139.77. Unfortunately, the wedge repeatedly moved away from the headboard during the night and I would wake up having slipped down it, resulting in neck ache. For me, the product was uncomfortable, ineffective and not fit for its intended purpose.

Customer service was equally disappointing. I originally ordered a 36" wedge and later arranged an exchange for a 30" wedge. During a telephone conversation with Hedley on 5 May, I queried why the 30" wedge was priced exactly the same as the 36" wedge. Hedley acknowledged the issue, agreed the pricing was wrong, and stated that Putnams would absorb the delivery charge on the replacement. The replacement wedge was subsequently supplied without any delivery charge being requested or paid.

This pricing has still not been amended on the website.

The replacement product was no better, so I requested a refund. I had already paid postage of £13.60 to return the original wedge for exchange and then had to pay a further £13.60 to return the replacement, together with packaging costs of £10.45. Despite the earlier agreement that the delivery charge on the replacement would be absorbed, Putnams refunded only £129.77 of the £139.77 originally paid, withholding a further £10.

In total, I was left significantly out of pocket despite following every instruction given and despite the product causing discomfort rather than providing the support it was supposed to offer.

While the company eventually refunded the product cost, I found both the product and the after-sales support extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from Putnams again and would not recommend them to others.

Used this company a number of times now. High quality products which are well made and do what they say. Staff are helpful . Sometimes delivery takes a while due to products being made to order. This is to be expected. Thanks again for 2 more fab products!
