Competitive prices, efficient service

I was looking for a Ruffwear harness for my new puppy. I was delighted to find PurrfectlyYappy.com where the harness was half the price of other companies. I was kept informed about the progress of my order by email. The harness was delivered within the agreed time frame. It is perfect and I will most certainly consider using the company again should I need more equipment for my little furry friend. Thank you!

My golden retriever has a tender paw…

My golden retriever has a tender paw and after many a different boots we found this one. It’s a well made shoe. Unfortunately, this is day 2 of wearing the boot and it’s stretched with the boot turning sideways. I have to constantly keep adjusting the boot. I have tried to get the best measurement.
If the boot was any smaller I wouldn’t be able to get the paw In and have to really force the paw into the boot.

Overall I’m quite dissapointed as I had high expectations of this product.

After paying for delivery - the package was marked as “local collection “ which was so inconvenient as I had to go to the local post office to collect. I couldn’t understand why the package wasn’t delivered when that’s what I paid for.

Overall, I don’t think I will be buying from Ruffwear.

Outstanding service

Outstanding service
I have ordered products from Purrfectly Yappy on a few occasions, and each time delivery service and product quality was excellent. On the last occasion one of the products delivered was faulty (there's no way PY could have known this before sending it out). The customer service I received from PY - Sam - to replace the item was better than I've ever experienced before anywhere - outstanding! PY and Sam are very deserving of my 5 star rating. Thank you!
