This is a scam!
My mum bought Hearing aids as they said refund guaranteed if returned within their time frame. HOWEVER, they’re frauds! My mum couldn’t get on with them, she tried and then sent them back after emailing them within their refund guidelines. Still no refund has been received despite numerous emails and one that came back as non delivery. She keeps getting these automated emails asking if she likes them!
This is just ridiculous and she’s lost money as is so upset.
AVOID.

Therefore this is a message to all of those very disappointed Get Hearwell, Try Hearwell and Trysmarthearing suffering customers:
DO A CHARGEBACK ON YOUR CREDIT CARD.

You'll eventually receive a full refund.

Update : I have eventually given up and lost £220! This company is a disgrace. I have reviewed previously and have had no satisfaction from them whatsoever. All other reviews reflect my situation regarding a return. DO NOT LET THIS SCAM COMPANY TAKE YOUT MONEY. My last email to them was not delivered due to “Address not found” TOTAL SCAM

This company does not keep its promises. These hearing aids have a type of shiny porcelain finish on them with EXTREMELY small adjustments. As I am elderly, my dexterity isn't great and I couldn't even keep hold of them to even try them in the ear. Naturally I have attempted to return them, but back came five emails with lists of questions about how long I tried them etc. etc. Heellooooo I couldn't keep hold of them!!!! Don't expect to get your money back if you are as daft as me and have ordered them. Made in China - beware.

We do not sell hearing aids online. We only provide hearing aids in‑store after a full hearing consultation. Unfortunately, several online traders are using the name “HearWell,” and many people are being misled into thinking we are responsible for their products. Some of those are listed below.

We are not connected to these online sellers and cannot help with refunds, servicing, repairs, or parts. If you purchased from them, please contact your bank or Trading Standards.

Please do not post hearing aids to us—they will be returned. We also cannot provide further information over the phone.

Do not send this company money it is a scam

DO NOT PURCHASE FTOM THIS COMPANY. I’ve received faulted hearing aids and they have offered me a percentage of my money back. They are a an absolute disgrace.

One of the most frustrating firms I have dealt with. I should have looked at Trustpilot first! Having been tempted by the low price (a short term offer about to end which mysteriously is still going!) and seemingly professional website I ordered them. The introductory videos were quite good but lacked any actual demonstrations of how to use or clean etc. As they say it takes time for your brain to adjust but I persisted with them and did find some improvement to my hearing . Unfortunately although listening to TV and radio were an improvement I didn’t need that, and where I did need a definite improvement i.e. in the car and in restaurants, I found them inadequate. I decided to take up their 45 day money back guarantee and discovered that because they worked a bit I wasn’t eligible for a full refund. Apparently if I said they didn’t work at all they would give me a full refund. After much arguing I got a 40 % refund. It felt as though I was arguing with ChatGPT! My wife has expensive hearing aids from a shop and although they were expensive the support was excellent. I’m not sure that an online business can ever offer the same level of support and was probably foolish to think so. In conclusion they may suit you better than me and you may want to keep them, but if you feel you need to return them read the above carefully.

What an absolute joke of a company!!!! Do not believe the money back guarantee, I haven’t used the product and am trying to return it asking for a refund and I am being interrogated. I do not want the product and am exercising my right for a refund as they promised, but guess what they lied!!!!! The emails keep bouncing back even when replying to their emails. Their tone is patronising and they are doing everything they can to prevent me having a refund

I am left with no choice but to contact trading standards because they are in breach of the promises made at the time of sale -absolute scam artists. I have screen shots of the adverts and promises made, which obviously are not true. Talk about false advertising!!!! Do not trust a word they say -absolute joke!!!!!!

My 84-year-old Dad ordered a set of these hearing aids online, unfortunately he clicked ‘buy’ twice - by mistake. We contacted immediately to explain and was told that we could return one set provided it was completely unopened to an address that would be supplied at a later date. I have now sent 9 emails with all relevant information such as date ordered, prices paid, order numbers and address info, however emails now seem to bounce back offering alternative email addresses: (Support@tryemail… support@hearit-well… support@gethearwell…) and advised each time to start the claim again.
All we want is a return address which we believe to be somewhere in Stoke-on-Trent - although this address conveniently is not listed on the website or any of the regularly changing email addresses.
This second purchase was a genuine error yet still the return address will not be supplied to us so that we can claim for a refund on one set.
That is all we ask.
I have completed their customer form, their online feedback and tried using the support email in their communications, all of which have returned saying the domain is not valid and suggesting a new email.
I didn’t want to believe it - but this had to be a scam. Delaying all communication until you either give up through frustration or the 45 day return period is reached.
We intend to contact Dads bank to dispute the payment as we have lots of communication to say that we have tried many times to apply for a refund.
I would avoid using this company at all costs.

Do NOT BUY from this company. I bought a set of the hearing aids from them and they were absolutely hopeless. I tried to utilise their 45 day trial period refund, only to find the return email address suddenly didn't exist. Don't waste your money!!

Scam
I bought the hearing aids from Hearwell in February. I tried them for a couple of weeks but they didn’t suit me. I contacted customer service and Judy made some recommendations for me to try. I persevered a little while longer but decided they were not for me and requested a refund within the 45 days. Again, I was asked to keep trying with further recommendations from Judy. A couple of days ago I tried to contact again only for my emails to be sent back to me as “can’t deliver”. Now it seems they have disappeared of the face of the earth. I’ve lost £150 with no chance of getting it back and have ended up with a pair of useless so called hearing aids. Beware everyone.

This company do not uphold their advertising returns policy. After over 34 emails back and forth. They changed their email address and the name to Get hearwell. As an ongoing dispute I was advised of the change.
Continued to try to return for a full refund. I was offered 50% then 60%. I did keep saying to Joanne that this was not acceptable. I also was in contact with my Credit Card company who have taken up my case. I have now resolved the issue and advised Get hear well the item is here to collect. They do not give you a return address unless you agree to accept their reduced amount.

If you say a 45 day return for a full refund.

I Do expect to have to see if the aids are suitable, That I will need to take them out of the packaging and place them in my ears.

Then its quite ridiculous to say afterwards, this negates their return policy when they dont show this on the advert. It Just says 45 days to return for a full refund.
