PurrfectlyYappy Arvostelua

If I could give no stars I would.
This brand is reporting my reviews and having them taken down off all online sites.
Horrible service, don’t comply with trading and consumer rights, will waste your time. When I had an issue they turned it on me and victimised themselves refusing to help. Rude and patronising.
Only want 5star ratings visable to promote themselves and make their business look good.

Good communication with the vendor, and speedy delivery. Products are as described.

Really good experience. Will definitely use again!

Expensive and waited a long time for delivery of a dog collar which was an off the shelf purchase

Great service, thanks

Gorgeous products, easy ordering and good delivery. Packaged with care. Many thanks

2nd purchase from Perfectly Yappy , arrived on time and would order from them again.

The cake I ordered for my dog’s birthday arrived so quickly! The cake is perfect - my dog loved it last year and I’m sure it will be a super treat for his 9th birthday. All the tracking information was accurate and helpful. Thank-you!

Good service, delivered promptly.

Purchased Excellent Ruffwear Harness from Purrfectlyyappy - good price and quick delivery - job done!!

Great service, quick delivery and the item received was exactly as described and a perfect fit for my dog. Price was also very good. Cheaper than other places I looked at.

They loved their cupcake treats! Wasn't able to track well but arrived in time to help friend celebrate her birthday with her canine friends

The collar fits as expected and looks and feels very durable, the biggest selling point for me is the buckle, as if you have a dog with big ears (like my shikoku inu) pulling a collar over them comfortably without it being to loose on the neck can be a challenge and isn't the most pleasant thing for the dog, this collar completely mitigates this

Arrived in good time but collar was a lot thinner than it looked in the photo on the website. Postage was a bit pricey too. Having said that the collar looks very nice and seems to be good quality so satisfied overall

I followed the measurement guide for this item by measuring the widest part of my dogs chest. It was within the range for extra small, however when we received the coat it was too small.
The returns process is simple and an exchange was done for the next size up.
Now that we have the jacket it’s perfect.
I have a border collie who suffers from border collie collapse and in the recent hot weather it has been amazing.
Thanks to the spandex on the top of the coat, it fits my dog perfectly and there’s no gaping which I was concerned about due to previous experiences with cool coats.
Also thanks to the fitted nature, she will be able to wear the coat when we compete in Flyball which is handy.
All in all a good product, however I don’t think that the size guide is completely accurate

No indication of delivery of the ordered item!
