Protyre Autocare - Micheldever Station Arvostelua 

Went in with a flat tyre. I expected to pay for a new one but Pro Tyre fixed mine for a fraction of the price.

Efficient process to book in on arrival.
Work completed without delays.
One query attended to straightaway and not left waiting around.

Luckily there was only two cars in front of me which made it much quicker and when my car was ready to be worked on it was much quicker than usual they changed 4 tyres in no time,

I booked an appointment for 10 and arrived at 9.55
After 1/2 in the queue I finally saw two helpful boys who agreed my puncture could be mended.
I finally left at 11.25
The young man who sorted the tyre was very good and provided an excelent service.
A machine breakdown didn't help, but had I been seen earlier I would have avoided that.

They noticed a brake pad that was more worn than the others .... what was different is that they showed it to me.

They had an unusual tyre available on the shelf at a reasonable price and were able to fit it immediately to allow us to get on our way after a blowout.

Great service ( I may have been lucky but there was no queue ) and staff all very courteous.

The Tyre changing (4 tyres) and tracking process went fairly quickly. However, I was third in the queue and the tyre checking-in process took over half an hour.

It was booked immediately after I phoned whilst other garages were unable to do it quickly, and more importantly unable to do it while I waited at their premises. You fulfilled all my desires for an urgent and fully successful job done, at good value for money price!

I was happy with the work carried out. I pre-booked for 11.30am but no work started until after 12.20pm. Why have a pre-book system if you don’t stick to it.

Always received a good honest service and MOT from these guys. Would happily use again and recommend.

Usual good service at Micheldever Tyres. I did notice however the balancer was removing the tyre label AFTER balancing the wheel.
