Protyre Autocare - Leicester Narborough Road Arvostelua

Excellent and rapid service.
Well run business that handles appointments and drive ins with equal service.
Highly recommend.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at Protyre, espcailly when it was recommended. When I first contacted them, I was told only higher‑priced tyres were in stock. While they were expensive, that was ultimately my decision, so I went ahead and booked an appointment.
I took time off work to attend, but once I arrived I ended up waiting for over half an hour. I was then told that the compressor machine was busy, which is why there was a delay. Apparently, the person who booked my appointment failed to inform me of this in advance. Had I known, I could have planned better.
During the appointment, I was advised to change two additional tyres that did not actually need replacing. When I asked for honest advice, it felt like the focus was purely on making a sale rather than what was necessary. The manager was particularly rude, which made me feel pressured and uncomfortable. I genuinely felt trapped into agreeing.
In the end, I spent nearly £500, far more than expected, and left feeling unhappy and stressed. Overall, the lack of communication, unprofessional attitude, and high‑pressure sales approach mean I wouldn’t recommend this branch.

Brilliant! Fitted me straight in for a new tyre, giving me all the options, and then fitted it in no time. Probably only on the premises 15 minutes !
Really friendly staff.
Definitely use them again.

Rapid and reassuring service at a reasonable cost. Could not ask for better than that.

Good communication
Allowed me to check the damage personally.
Kept me informed of process.
Staff we're polite and friendly.

Fast reliable and friendly.

Went for MOT on my car, when finished I was just handed my sheet, told work needed to be completed as it had failed and that was that. No explanation and no estimation on quote if got the work completed by them. So I went and had the work completed elsewhere however with MOT's it states if booked online I get free retest, when trying to book back in once work had been completed I was told the lad is on holiday until April (weeks away) and nothing they can do. This is ridiculous that you have one person who can do it and if they aren't in then it is tough luck and you have to go elsewhere and pay again!! Won't be using these again and would advise others not to either

As usual I received fast friendly and professional service.
The whole team work well together.

A* fit me in at 4pm without a booking very unusual for nowadays. Literally saved my ass

Excellent and honest service, friendly team and very helpful.

Had a problem with my MOT , Lee and his team sorted it for me in a very short space of time , very efficiently and before the mot expired.

Always great service, thank you

Excellent advice, service and a reasonable price for good quality tyres

I've been a customer here for 25-30 years and I keep returning because of the superb level of service. Lee and the team are excellent, efficient and hard working. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Keep up the good work.
Cheers, Geoff P

Booked car in for MOT. Carried out at allotted time. Always friendly and reliable.

Went out of his way to be helpful in getting the same tyre as originally fitted. Done on time as stated.

The whole team at Protyre are efficient and helpful. ON this occasion it was a planned service & MOT and it was all done within timescale and a great price secured on the new tyres I needed. On other occasions I have needed pretty urgent help and they are always helpful. The family cars all go here

Excellent service as always. The staff are so helpful & always do a good job. Protyre at Narborough Road, Leicester is always my first choice.

Quick and friendly experience

Always get good service which is why I go back
