Protyre Autocare - Leicester Narborough Road Arvostelua 

I’m very disappointed with my experience at Protyre, espcailly when it was recommended. When I first contacted them, I was told only higher‑priced tyres were in stock. While they were expensive, that was ultimately my decision, so I went ahead and booked an appointment.
I took time off work to attend, but once I arrived I ended up waiting for over half an hour. I was then told that the compressor machine was busy, which is why there was a delay. Apparently, the person who booked my appointment failed to inform me of this in advance. Had I known, I could have planned better.
During the appointment, I was advised to change two additional tyres that did not actually need replacing. When I asked for honest advice, it felt like the focus was purely on making a sale rather than what was necessary. The manager was particularly rude, which made me feel pressured and uncomfortable. I genuinely felt trapped into agreeing.
In the end, I spent nearly £500, far more than expected, and left feeling unhappy and stressed. Overall, the lack of communication, unprofessional attitude, and high‑pressure sales approach mean I wouldn’t recommend this branch.

Brilliant! Fitted me straight in for a new tyre, giving me all the options, and then fitted it in no time. Probably only on the premises 15 minutes !

Went for MOT on my car, when finished I was just handed my sheet, told work needed to be completed as it had failed and that was that. No explanation and no estimation on quote if got the work completed by them. So I went and had the work completed elsewhere however with MOT's it states if booked online I get free retest, when trying to book back in once work had been completed I was told the lad is on holiday until April (weeks away) and nothing they can do. This is ridiculous that you have one person who can do it and if they aren't in then it is tough luck and you have to go elsewhere and pay again!! Won't be using these again and would advise others not to either

The whole team at Protyre are efficient and helpful. ON this occasion it was a planned service & MOT and it was all done within timescale and a great price secured on the new tyres I needed. On other occasions I have needed pretty urgent help and they are always helpful. The family cars all go here
