Our company provides professional translation services with a large operational network: over 50 specialists in customer relations, project management and DTP, and more than 2,000 freelance translators. We never send recruitment spam or make false promises.

I sent some school certificates to be translated. I received a translated version full of errors and incorrectly translated terms. In addition, some parts were not translated at all, and there were numerous omissions. The visual formatting was extremely sloppy — different fonts and font sizes, some text almost invisible. Ugly, bad, unprofessional. I’m honestly wondering who translated this — a child from primary school, a bot, or just a scammer.
I contacted them about this, and they claimed that I had accidentally received a trial version. I do not believe this explanation, because I never received the supposed proper final version.
I do not recommend this service. Avoid it at all costs.
UPDATE
For me, the matter is closed, because you sent a corrected translation that still contained other errors — for example, you translated “krøppsøving,” which means "physical education," as “BODY SLEEPING,” which basically does not exist in English at all!!!! Some parts were not translated at all — AGAIN!!! If you call this a human error, you should focus on something else. That's why after my correspondence with you, my payment was cancelled.
I would not want you to translate anything else for me. More over, after such a long time, it is obvious that I have already found another solution for my translation needs.
I needed official school certificates not because I don’t know the language, but because this document is required by the school and must include official certification. You advertise that this is exactly what you provide, yet I can see that you continue to insist on explanations and translations that are not true — just like the stamp you are using.
Yes , the most importantly: you are using the stamp of the American Translators Association.
THE ASSOCIATION HAS CONFIRMED THAT YOUR COMPANY IS NOT A MEMBER !!!!!

After checking our records, we were unable to find any completed final delivery under your name, and despite our repeated requests we did not receive the information needed to process a refund. We also want to be transparent about what we found during our internal checks: the communication you received contained conflicting explanations (the message implied a system error while other messages suggested human error), and we agree that this created confusion. We are not assigning blame to you — our priority is to make this right.

If you can share the translated file and the original documents (or forward the email you received), we will perform a full quality review at no extra cost.
If the review confirms the problems you described, we will either supply a corrected professional translation or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
