Thanks to their top level professional approach and delivery speed, I was never disappointed by working with ProTranslate. I was able to get a certified…
I was able to get a certified translation over a weekend from them. Usually we need to wait for a monday and this time - I didn't have the time to actually wait for offices to be open. Online certified translation is a blessing for such needs! I am happy to have found protranslate and happy to be able to do my paperwork's translation for my USCIS need. Process was quick - even the chat was staffed on a saturday night in USA - which is not typical where we usually get "AI" agents or annoying bots these days... Thanks for keeping the human touch!

Outcome is not usable, so many ridiculous mistakes in translation and graphical appearance. It is clear that no human being went over this translation, probably just automatic translation. Google transllate would have done a better job.

Failure to deliver the translation service on the promised date and misleading communication, resulting in serious inconvenience
On July 7, 2025, I submitted a request to Protranslate for a service that included translation, notarization, and apostille. I was assured by their customer representatives that the document would be delivered no later than Thursday, July 10, 2025. Despite multiple follow-ups, the promised delivery was not fulfilled by the stated date.
I contacted customer service several times, but I was repeatedly given vague and misleading responses such as “it will be delivered today,” “it’s under review,” and “definitely tomorrow.” As of 6:00 PM on July 10, the document had still not been delivered. I had a deadline to submit the document to an institution in the United States, and this delay has caused direct professional and legal harm.
Furthermore, the email address provided to me (ezgi.akmese**protranslate.net) received no response, and despite several WhatsApp messages, I was unable to get a clear resolution from customer support.
This delay demonstrates:
Failure to fulfill the clearly stated delivery commitment
Misleading and evasive communication about the document's status
Lack of proper process tracking despite claims of being a corporate company
These issues violate consumer rights and raise concerns of deceptive business practices.
Therefore:
I am officially filing a consumer complaint against Protranslate.
I will report this incident on platforms such as Şikayetvar, Google, Apple, Trustpilot, and others.
All related documentation, including WhatsApp messages and screenshots, will be submitted to the relevant authorities as evidence.
Public Notice: I strongly advise others to think twice before working with this company to avoid similar experiences.

Tłumaczenie zawierało błędy. Jest to moim zdaniem niedopuszczalne. To ja poprosiłam o tłumaczenie i zapłaciłam za nie ale to nie ja powinnam ich poprawiać. Owszem po moich uwagach poprawili błędne fragmenty. Wyobraźcie sobie teraz co by się stało gdybym w ogóle nie znała języka na który przetłumaczono mi tekst. Unikajcie tej firmy !!!
