Die Übersetzung ging sehr schnell und auch dass die Übersetzung geprüft werden konnte war super, jedoch hätte man besseres Papier verwenden können… Ich habe mir die Übersetzung postalich zusenden lassen und „härteres und stabileres Papier“ so wie üblich erwartet und war ein wenig enttäuscht, dass ganz einfaches Papier verwendet worden ist.

• Ordered a certified translation but received a digitally signed document with no translator registration number (Spanish → French).
• This does not meet certification standards and could have been produced by AI.
• Attempted to contact them for correction, but received no response despite paying for priority service.

Scam organization.
My wife uploaded 3 pages for translation, paid for 3 pages, just to be slapped with a variation for 23 pages based on word count (supposedly). After blaming the computer system and we checked the word count, they revised it to 8 pages - still wrong. After requesting cancellation and refund, suddenly they could magically do the 3 pages. Unacceptable. Currently pursuing a refund - what an absolute nightmare experience.

They are very quick with responses and very helpful and kind. The translating quality is very accurate and they allow you to proofread it and ask for some changes. Overall the team is amazing! I always use them for any documents I need translated!

Very confused organization, imagine asking for a translation of your documents for naturalization process and paying for it and they team translating a someone document for you instead of yours. When you ask for correction they don’t respond everyone of them saying something different. I don’t recommend this company to anyone. They are very useless and not professional they only want to collect your money and run away. Scammers!!!!!

Spoke with customer service agent - Adebimpe Sadiq, Mary Lapiz etc all confused asking the same thing over and over again so annoying that they put another person document in mine. No confidentiality etc.
